Pilot Travel Center

Food isn't that good? And the parking lot isn't designed for trucks in my work. Good if you're a fish. I guess it's nice to have a shower. But the parking lot makes life difficult to fuel. Or to even park or weigh the truck.

Nice place to stop. The bathrooms in store were clean. Plenty of parking for Semis in the back. Bathrooms had showers and nice sinks. Coffee was hot food and a small bakery was ready. Also had a Wendy's.

Would be 5 stars if they had laundry. Big question though, is Pilot going to tow this abandoned truck? If not, is anyone going to mind if I yank some parts off it? (Probably not since it is unattended for 48+ hours). 6th August 2025.

Louis that worked the night shift shouldn't work with people... zero communication skills seemed like he didn't wanna be here... Asked for milk for my coffee he just turned around and left... thought he went to get some more but he was just chilling... rude and lazy employee, the lady on the other hand was very pleasant, yelled welcome from across the floor while Louis was next to me and didn't say a word

My gross weight was off by a thousand pounds... So clearly something was wrong with the scale.. unfortunately my fault I didn't realize until I got down the road about 32 mi... I asked for a credit and told them they can look up my weight to verify was telling the truth.. flat out said no seemed annoyed I even asked.. hung up on me.. That's professionalism and it's finest.

This is a small pilot. Parking is limited to about 11 spaces and the inside convenience area is likewise small. There are no tables inside in which to sit down and rest however, the staff that works here is very friendly and accommodating. I actually enjoy talking with an older gentleman with a salt-and-pepper beard. Like most Pilot gas stores, this one has the same offerings in the beverage coolers and on the shelves.

If you're like me and mainly look at truck stop reviews to see what food they have, this place has Wendy's. I love everything about this location other than the parking area. It's one of the smaller Pilots, but it is super clean and well-maintained. The employees are all so very sweet and personable, even at the Wendy's.
