Had a power outage in the neighborhood. After it turned back on I had some outlets and my garage would not go on. I called and was told I will be given a call and gave me a ref number. I was not called and called them back. The operator was rude and gave me another number to call to get me help?! I called and left a VM Complete run around!

They have no knowledge of time the service will be and have no same day service when needed the most. Completely incompetent

Horrible service, bad attitude, ask too many questions, didn’t speak good English. Prices are way too high . Definitely looking for better services

Spoke with Stephanie today regarding turn on and turn off service. She was so AWESOME. Super good at her job and made the process easy peezy! Thank you Stephanie for your great customer service. Absolutely 5 Stars!

Absolute extortionists. Barely used my AC and my bill is $450, while last month was $250. Where did that extra $200 come from? I get hung up on multiple times when I call. And I was kicked off of autopay for account issues without the ability to switch to another bank account FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR?? Absolute BS. Hate this company

It's truly unbelievable how they get away with these rate increases. This was the response I got from NV Energy rep when I called. "Sir, we don't arbitrarily just raise the rates. It has to be approved by the Public Utilities Commission". Answer me this then: When was the last time the Public Utilities Commission denied the request? Unfortunately, it's a battle we will never win!

1.8 rating.. lowest I have ever seen. It also makes complete sense. 1 year and 4 months since moving here. But, if you live in Nevada, good luck. "Come on let’s play Monopoly"
