Invictus Roofing and Construction

We recently received a large amount of hail damage in our area and to our home. After the storm passed, we suddenly had an influx of roofers knocking on our door asking to do an inspection of our roof. We chose to allow Tanner Emery, with Invictus Roofing, to proceed with an inspection mostly because of their excellent reviews but also because of his professionalism and how he introduced us to himself and his company. We’ve had roofs replaced on a few of our homes in the past using other companies but the experience with Invictus was far superior than any of the others we dealt with. Tanner didn’t just climb on the roof and mark a few circles and tell us we needed a replacement, he provided us with a detailed video of our roof pointing out the damage and also showed us other areas that needed attention that a prior roofer just tried to patch over. We also learned, to our surprise, that the prior roofing company had not completely stripped the older shingles from our roof and simply applied an overlay. Tanner’s video provided us with valuable information about the condition of our roof that we would’ve never known otherwise since we never climb up there and look ourselves. He showed us the difference between what a protective shingle looked like verses the damaged ones we had on our roofline. We filed a claim immediately that day and proceeded to hire Invictus Roofing. Not only was their professionalism and attention to detail very much appreciated, it was also great that they completed the job in one day! Tanner personally oversaw the install and made sure that catch all nets were placed around the perimeter of our home. The crew was very precise with their installation and cleanup as well. In addition, we were in the process of having our home repainted, so they were gracious enough to allow us to postpone our gutter install until the painting was complete. All around a great company. Tanner provided pictures and a detailed list of the type of repairs they would perform to fix the problems that I was having with my roof. The repairs were done quickly, and the crew did a good job cleaning up. Tanner was also good at communicating when to expect the work to be done, and if there was any issues with the timing, he corrected it.

When it came time to select a company to replace my roof, I did quite a bit of research. Replacing a roof is an expensive and impactful bit of home maintenance and I wanted it done right the first time and with no hassles. I can state unequivocally that Invictus fit the bill. I had several companies come out and look at my roof. I only contacted companies that had high ratings and of those, Pat Louden with Invictus was the only person to come out, take photos and video, then walk me through what he found. He did not try to hide anything and walked me through every step of the process they use. Nobody else was as thorough nor did they take the extra time to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. This was an insurance claim and you hear all the time about roofers and insurance adjusters being at odds with one another. Not in this case, Pat did such a good job with the adjuster that he did all he could under my policy and minimize my out-of-pocket costs. The adjuster even made a point to state how he had never worked with a roofing representative as thorough and professional as Pat. And I have not even gotten to the roof. First class job all around. Zack Travers was onsite the whole day, the crew was very respectful of me and my wife when we interacted. They took great care in working to prevent any damage to my property during the work and then did a stellar job cleaning up after (even going to my neighbors and picking up any items that fell over the fences). It has been almost a month since the work was complete and I have found all of two small nails in my yard. I have had more debris in my yard from other neighbors getting roofs than I had in replacing mine. Invictus also installed gutters on my home as it was built without gutters. Again, a thorough and professional job. My house looks brand new. The follow-up by Invictus has been more than I expected. They have kept in contact and checked in a few times after recent storms to make sure there were no issues. I would recommend Invictus without equivocation. From my first meeting I was made aware of the steps that would be taken to replace my roof. I appreciated seeing a video of my roof and the magnification showing what actual hail damage does to a shingle. When i got the estimate from my insurance appraiser, instead of going over it on the phone, they came and went over it piece by piece. On the day before of the installation, i received both a text snd email letting me know what prep needed to be done snd what to expect the day of installation. The day of installation, everyone was on time and the Invictus Team kept me updated on the process. After installation my yard was swept twice for any nails along with the neighbor’s yards on each side of me. Invictus does use an upgraded shingle that is hail resistant. I also chose to upgrade snd have a solar fan installed. I am very pleased with the whole process in getting my roof replaced. I felt very informed and any questions I may have had were addressed. I encourage anyone needing a roof replaced or solar panels to call Invictus.

Invictus is an excellent company and does top quality work. Paul over sales was amazing to work with. He has so much knowledge on insurance claims and educated me well. He truly made my wife and I's experience great when we had to get our roof and gutters replaced because of storm damage. He walked us through everything and was very patient and informative. He did not try to pressure us at all and was trustworthy. He truly listened to our needs. The company's crew was very effective, efficient and fast. They did a great job cleaning everything after the work completion. I highly recommend Invictus and Paul Lumen for anyone. They offer excellent service and quality for all job types!

New baby. I have every do not disturb sign and doorbell blocker on my front door. Pushy sales guy, could not resist knocking on our door. Then claimed he didn't see the 3 please do not disturb us signs. Advised I was not interested and he still thru trash( business card) on my doormat that says do not disturb and he left. The owner response insinuating I'm an idiot and can't cross reference a web site on business card as well as phone # on business card to make sure I have correct company.... Recently was offered a roof inspection by Invictus ,Garrett Neuer did a very thorough inspection,took lots of pictures,marked places on roof and walked me thru the process and helped me with claim.Roof was 22 years old so was in need of replacement,crew came and in 1 1/2 days completed project under very hot weather conditions . Garrett kept me informed leading up to and multiple times during the project,crew did great cleanup job !
