I bought a really nice car from them and it drives well. I keep forgetting to have them test sharp left turns, because it has felt and sounded like something rubbing, since I had my car. Other than that, the service department is always nice and great. Jeremy Green takes great care of customers. I’ve only gotten my oil changed there, and for all they do, it’s pretty reasonable. Especially the tire balance and rotation. I have great confidence in my car when I travel. Thank you all!

Go to superior!!! Avoid this dealership at all costs. I was on a cross country road trip and had my car was towed in for service at which point they ordered parts for me and told me it would be done in 2 days. I get a text saying the parts are in but their AC charging machine is broken down and it wound be until next week to service the vehicle. I tried to work with them to have my car towed to another dealership and they refused to pick up my phone calls. I lost 3 days of progress because I was left in the dark regarding the situation and racked up 800 on hotel bills, as this dealership left me stranded. Today I went in and personally picked up the car and brought it to Superior Jeep, held my breath the whole way there hoping my car would not brake down. It made it and when talking to the advisors at that dealership they told me how the get tons of business which was once Landers, due to their incompetence and poor communication, leaving the customer without any solutions and in the dark, wasting tons of time and money. Hands down the absolute worst service I’ve ever received at any dealership.

Bought a truck here in 2020 and used the service dept for all oil changes from then until now. I always made appointments and was always on time but always had to wait 2 to 5 hours. I get 2 hours because things happen but the record was 5. Many times it was pushing 3. Staff was generally helpful and courteous and even covered my cost for the 5 hour wait one time. Last October I start getting recommendations for new brakes but I put it off simply due to the cost they quoted me at $800 . So I decide finally today 08/14/25 to get brakes done at a shop in Benton because the quote was cheaper than the dealer by $200. This was only if I need front and rear brakes plus rotors. They say they will look at it first before giving me an actual cost because I may not need all 4 brakes and rotors. Mechanic comes back and says I don't need brakes. The front ones are like new and the rear still have a lot of life. He stated if it was his vehicle he wouldn't get them done yet. Really lost my confidence in the Landers service dept after that. Then I decide to get an oil change at a shop in Hot Springs instead. I was in and out in 45 minutes as a walk in. Sorry but I'm not using this service dept any longer.

I brought my new to me used 2023 Ram 1500 that was having trouble starting with the push button. I have an extended warranty. The service guy calls me and says he cant find my warranty and that it isnt active. In the mean time he tells my battery has a bad cell...$400... I ask about the tail light that was out...$148 then I am told it has a faulty ignition switch. Two days in and he still cant find my warranty. I ask him to look harder. Three days in and he finally answers my call at the end of the day and says good news I got an approval on the switch. Meanwhile. I have priced the battery elsewhere and the tail light... Battery $169... Tail light $16! I tell him to just do the switch that is under warranty. He proceeded to tell me You already agreed to the battery and tail light... No, sir I did not! He tell me he has recorded all our conversations... So I tell him lets hear the recordings. He then changes his tune. He agrees to just do the switch. I pick up my truck take to have the battery checked and get a new one... Guess what? The battery is Good!!!! Landers what a joke you are scamming people. I will never be back. You jokers would have charged me well over $1200! Trying to not honor my warranty and changing a perfectly good battery and over charging for it and the tail light. I am appalled.

Avoid. They ripped me off major. They did somewhat right their wrongs by paying my sales tax along with my wife’s. Bought a $78,000 Yukon Denali from them, next day bought a $48,000 Cummins from them. When I got home I noticed the finance paperwork said I paid $55,000 for the truck. Sale price. I triple checked to make sure it wasn’t something i was overlooking. I had my 3 year old with me and wasn’t paying much attention to the paperwork because I knew the sale price. And you’d imagine it would be pretty illegal to add 7k to a sale price. So it would never cross my mind that I’d have to double check a big company such as landers. Called and ended up just going up there, they were pissed that I caught it, played dumb, said since it sold for 55k that that is all they have on record since it’s no longer listed online. I had the screen shot and they finally admitted to fault partially, they said they charged me that much because the bank required it as a finance fee. Which makes absolutely 0 sense. And should have been explained if that’s the case. I also had to put 4,000 down to even get in the truck.. I’ve never had to do that. And if they wouldn’t have jacked the price I wouldn’t have had to put anything down. All in all with some negative equity and their added $7k I ended up financing a 48k truck for 61k. Great deal I got. We did come to an agreement that they would pay sales tax on both cars. But I still would never go back just because I saw their true colors. And they do not care about you or your money situation. It’s just sales tactics.

I been coming to lander's for a long time. I never received this type of service. Oil on the hood the door engine compartment. Customer service is dead.
