We had The Window Source come out and replace our 1957 single pane windows. They had the best price. Shout Out to Nick and Alex!! They showed up, got to work, did an excellent job, were completely finished in 4 hours, and left everything inside and out clean. I was so impressed with them......and I absolutely love my new windows. I definitely recommend The Window Source. They did an excellent job.

I am so excited for my new windows! From the initial call to the installation, the team was professional and communicated well. On the day of install Alex and Nick came and worked hard to complete the job. They were on time, professional and communicated every step of the way. I appreciated that there were no windows area left open. They also cleaned up along the way. This helped to keep the dust under control. I would recommend Window Source for your window needs.

I chose Window Source after looking at 2other companies. I wanted a very secure sliding French door style that was energy efficient. The expert installer, Jeff, was efficient, courteous, and professional. When he left the only evidence of him being here was my excellent sliding door. I highly recommend this company and their products. Our product has slide up blinds, energy efficient glass and a lifetime warranty.

We got our windows installed two weeks ago. Every aspect, from the sales presentation to purchase and install has been above and beyond and it helped that Window Source beat the competition by thousands of dollars. I have no problem recommending them for your home windows. Nick and the team who completed our install were exceptional and they finished our 26 windows in less than 2 days and we are extremely happy with everything.

We recently used Don and The Window Source of Memphis to replace 23 windows and 2 doors in our home and have been exceptionally pleased with both the process and results. At the time of our first meeting with Don, we had already met with several other contractors/salesmen and had quickly become disenchanted with the prices being offered, the lack of quality products being presented, the intense sales tactics being used, or some combination of all three. From our first meeting with Don, we were very impressed with his products, his extensive experience, and his patience with our many questions. He spent several hours walking us through his different product lines and demonstrating how and why his windows worked. His was also the only quote we received that had itemized prices for each product and service fee so we walked away from the meeting with a solid understanding of exactly what our project would cost and how we could make adjustments to suit our budget. We ultimately decided to work with Don because he didn't pressure us, his prices were reasonable, his products were exceptional, and also because his status as a TVA licensed contractor meant that we could take advantage of the energy savings rebates offered through TVA's eScore program. Once we committed to using Don, he stayed in touch and gave us regular updates on the status of our order and plans for installation. Everything came together right on the timeline he'd given us and when we had to make a few minor changes to our order due to manufacturer capabilities, Don worked with us on the cost to make sure things didn't far exceed his original estimate. Since the project's been completed, we've found that we're very happy with both the quality of the products and the installation work of Don's team. We were initially hesitant to replace our original 1950s wood windows with vinyl, but the aesthetic value and functionally of the 9000 series windows have far exceeded our expectations. We also opted to replace 2 entry doors with mid-range ProVia doors and we have been very happy with those as well; Don's crew even went the extra mile in reattaching some original trim on the exterior of one door so that the appearance of our front porch is now enhanced without losing its original charm. This was the best experience I’ve had with work being done on my house. The workers were very professional, proficient and quick with the work! The quality of the work is next level and they look amazing!
