Kyle and his team member did an outstanding job cleaning my gutters today. They were quick and thorough. When they finished, there wasn't any debris left in the gutters or anywhere on my property. They left everything spotless. It's good to find someone who take pride in their work and respects your property. I'll definitely use P.I. Roofing for future roofing and gutter needs. Highly recommend

Kyle and team were great! They repaired our whirlybirds in less than a day, including fixing the fried electrical one. I barely noticed they were here. They worked quietly and efficiently, and I appreciated how they kept me informed once the job was completed. I worked from the house that day and their self-sufficiency made a huge difference — no disruptions to my day. I highly recommend their services.

Kyle and Guy got this 'customer service' thing down pat. Prompt, friendly, efficient, good communication. They cleared the roof of leaves and debris, inspected the roof, cleaned and repaired the rain gutters, installed some missing mesh cover - then cleaned up the yard after they finished! Have used P.I. Roofing for years for numerous projects and will continue to do so. I highly recommend their services AND their yearly maintenance plans.

Last year, I hired P.I. Roofing to install a new roof and do some work on my fascia. (Altogether, I spent about $20,000). The gutters where they worked on the fascia have never looked right, and the new fascia in one area pulled loose within a few months. I sent pictures to P.I. Roofing and never heard back. "Well," I thought, "that's money down the drain, but at least the roof seems to have been put on well." Then, this spring I heard dripping in my kitchen during a storm. I contacted P.I. Roofing since my roof is under warranty, and they agreed to send someone. The installer pressured me to come out in the middle of a storm (before his scheduled appointment time). When I said I was not comfortable with that, he said they didn't have to make any repairs. (Screen shots attached). After I threatened to write a negative review, the HR manager called to apologize and they sent someone else during the scheduled appointment window. It turns out the leak has to do with old caulking on my hot water heater. And this is something they don't look at, don't repair, don't tell you about - when they are up there installing new flashing?!? (For anyone who has used this company recently... the only reason I know about this leak is that I improved my attic insulation in the winter and added a metal guard around this which let me hear the rain coming in). Had I not done this I would have no idea there was a leak until more damage occurred in my house. The representative who came out assured me that they would send someone back to look at my roof. <-- A service that is supposed to be provided for free with the roof purchase - but you will not get without calling and demanding it. It has been over 20 days and no one from their offices has been in touch. I thought about emailing them again, but I honestly don't believe they are ever going to do a proper job repairing the fascia and if I'm going to pay someone to redo the caulking on my hot water heater - I'd rather start a relationship with a company I do trust.

Beware price gouging. The folks are plenty nice, and I had them install new gutters on my entire house 2 years ago; the price was reasonable at the time. Since then I discovered that the splash stops at 2 places were not large enough to stop the volume of water running off the roof. As a result, they would overflow and started wearing away the paint on the front of my house. I called P.I. out to enlarge the 2 splash stops. After agreeing they were too small when installed, they charged me $500 to replace 2 18" pieces of flat metal. (Not including any repairs to the brick or paint.) I feel it should have been done without cost--or at least at a reaonable price--since the original installation wasn't correct. It took them 34 minutes total to complete the work. I'm fine with the fact a correction was needed, but the price was too high. (See photos for pre- and post-correction.)

I’m not a many of many words but I want to say that PI Roofing has done nothing but a fantastic job for me. They took off my old roof and replaced it so fast. The crew was so professional and so kind. I enjoyed meeting and shaking hands with Gerardo, Fernando, Anthony, Ulises, Jorge, and Carlos! This company does what it says and says what it does. Top Shelf!! Special thanks to Melissa for getting me into contact with PI Roofing, another thanks to Yaniv for working the Crew into my schedule on such short notice, and finally a huge thanks to Brandon for walking me through the whole process, answering all my questions with replies so quick I felt they were almost automated. (they weren’t…he’s that fast.) Brandon bid the job and once check was in his hand, he still came to oversee the job. Very respectful to my wife and kids. This company has hardworking humble people. I have never known anyone I mentioned beforehand in my life, until I met them looking to hire them last week. This is a true review, I am not compensated by or related to anyone for doing this review. PI Roofing is just simply that awesome and more than deserving of this large novel of a review.
