Jeff Vogel who represents Feldco did an excellent job in describing the windows for our home. We have interviewed different companies and by far Jeff knew his companies product inside and out. We have ordered new windows and look forward to the install. I highly recommend Feldco to anyone looking for replacement windows at a reasonable cost.

Amazing service and professional installation, they measured my windows and within a couple weeks the windows weee custom made and installed the installers were kind and professional and went the extra mile to make things look good, at first was a little hesitant but now that I know they have great quality and making it look good, will definitely go with them for future projects

So while our windows have not been installed yet (but I'm pretty sure I won't have to take back my rating), I wanted to share our experience so far. When I originally booked the appointment, I spoke with a guy named Sheldon who was super nice and professional. I had a good idea of what the appointment was going to entail and left the conversation with all questions answered. We had our in home consultation with Stephen Hawkins (I was also very impressed they emailed me a pic of who was coming and a little bio about them). He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the company as a whole and about the windows/installation process. We ended up signing up and placing deposit! We are excited to get this process started and will definitely be referring people to you! Update: We got our windows and patio door installed a couple weeks ago (had been crazy busy since so I am finally getting around to updating now). Installation was smooth and installers were extremely nice and professional. They also made a point to keep everything clean as they went. I will definitely recommend to anyone!

Javier was absolutely incredible! We had tons of questions and he was very patient and answered them all. He worked with us to find out what we wanted while still staying in budget. Some of the best customer service I've ever received.

Contracted for $7500 worth of work. Windows are fine but actual installation was a rush job and looks bad. It was obvious at the time the guy was in a hurry because he called to reschedule because he didn't have time but then came and did half the job and came back to finish another day. Caulking around windows and trim was sloppy and cracked from day 1. Trim was given 1 sloppy coat of primer and looks like the guy had it sitting in the back of a dirty truck. I'm not at all impressed with the job. I have contacted several times to have the work fixed. All they have done is send techs twice to look at the issues but it has been months and nothing has been corrected. I would not recommend. Sales harassed me for months to set up appointment but actual contact to fix their sloppy work and it is crickets. I don't feel it is worth what they charge. Update as of July '22: They finally came back to "fix" and all they did was add more sealant to places there were cracks. It looks the same if not worse, in some spots. Nothing was ever done about the dirty trim or where they dropped chaulk. No one from Feldco has ever followed up with me about being dissatisfied. I get disgusted every time I hear their dang commercial.
