First of all, I have not had to even think about looking for a vehicle let alone buying one for the last 8 years. I was very nervous about the whole process. I inquired about a vehicle and 10 min later I had an email and a salesman on the phone. Set up appt. convenient for my schedule. Walked in and Clinton greeted us,shook hands and offered us a snack, drink, and let us know where the restrooms were and that Zach, our Client Advisor, would be with us momentarily..
