I had a great experience working with Phoenix Roofing & Repair. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns, both before and after the roof installation. Lou was my main point of contact through the process, and he did an excellent job staying on top of everything and keeping me informed. The team also took care of working with my insurance, which made things much easier on my end and was one of the bigger things that gave me peace of mind because I have a relatively unheard of insurance company, but they knew who they were and how to handle them. As for the roof, the install was completed in just one day, it looks great, and it wasn’t very long between their initial inspection and installing the new roof (the whole process took about 1 month total). They were also careful to stay within budget, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company.

Phoenix Roofing did an absolutely incredible job of helping us with our roof replacement. When our insurance company was very reluctant to help with our repair costs, Phoenix Roofing went above and beyond to illustrate we had suffered from microbursts on our roof. It took a number of months but they never wavered and ultimately got us a helpful settlement. Follow that up with a great job on our replacement roof- the quality, neatness, expedience and general care we received was impressive. They did a great job with the installation, and finished on schedule. The only issue was the follow up after the installation. I called them to pick up the remaining material in our front yard. Called them again to do the final walk through. But, they did schedule that quickly, and we only found a few cosmetic issues that they came and fixed quickly.
