Pull up on scale. Check in with guard. Take paper fill it and take to shipping that's it for check in. Very organized. Make sure trailer is clean Air shoot is working.no rips. other than that it's good place to pick up. Always run continuously their pallets are high. If auto air will not circulate correctly. Umm lots of street parking. Clean restrooms. Employees are awesome (ones I met) . Umm slide trailer axel remove load locks paperwork in the trailer. Wending machines and Real bathroom on property.

Parking is great checkin staff is great the only down fall about this place is you have other appointments you might as well pick them up before coming here and also when you check in with two pickup numbers and they only load one and say they are done and there not so that means you have to sit even longer my appointment was at 5 p.m. and I checked in at 3 p.m didn't get called for a door till almost 6p.m witch made me late for my next pick up

This is my first time here but I'm about to judge that place the girl at the check-in I don't like her because she was like my sister my sister always been mine to me because since I was a kid they both of them older than me and bullying me and doing all kind of unspeakable things. Other than that the warehouse is pretty awesome. professionals

I came here to pick up a load and had a very unpleasant experience. The man in the check-in office (around 50–60 years old, Mexican) was extremely rude and disrespectful. His behavior was unprofessional and really bothered me. If someone doesn’t like their job, they should not take it out on drivers who are just here to do their work. Vine aquí a recoger una carga y tuve una experiencia muy desagradable. El hombre en la oficina de check-in (de unos 50–60 años, mexicano) fue extremadamente grosero e irrespetuoso. Su comportamiento fue poco profesional y realmente me molestó. Si alguien no está contento con su trabajo, no debería desquitarse con los conductores que solo vienen a cumplir con el suyo. Los conductores de camión merecemos respeto — sin nosotros, muchos negocios no funcionarían. Las personas que trabajan en el check-in deben entender que su actitud puede arruinarle el día a alguien. La gerencia debe prestar atención a esto, porque ese tipo de comportamiento no debería ser aceptable. Truck drivers deserve respect — without us, many businesses wouldn’t run. People working at check-in should understand that their attitude can ruin someone’s entire day. Management needs to pay attention to this because such behavior should not be acceptable.

Not a bad produce customer. There's overnight parking outside the gate. If you're picking up, be sure your trailer is clean, precooled and that chute is almost perfect! The dock people will get you for a torn one. The guard shack won't check. Safety vest must be worn at all times, they will get on you for not wearing it too. After you finish up at the guard shack(be sure you have a pickup#) go in, park and walk up to the dispatch office at door 30. Timing is all over here, I've sat here for two hours and over five. Just depends if your product is ready to go. There's a taco truck on site too. Not sure when they leave, so grab a bite or have food on the truck before coming in case you're here awhile. Restrooms are the oh so lovely portapotties and outdoor hand wash area. Employees aren't too bad, might get a jerk once in awhile but other than that people are friendly and helpful.

Normaly they are slow but this time or app was at 5 we checked in at 4they gave us a door and we were done loading at 630 they have a thing to weigh it so I hope it's all good or all be back lol
