Tahnee, the business owner is knowledgeable, flexible, diligent in her work, and generous with her clients. She has given me timely service, quality products, fast communication, and good vibes. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the moment after I received my treatment. I was blown away by Tahnee. Very informative and pleasant. I really enjoyed myself. At first I had no idea what I was getting ready to do. But glad I found her. Make sure you come and check out her service. Cause you will fall in love with the services and the products.

I bought the pills for cyst and fibroid growths. I've been taking them for 7 days now and I feel less bloated, I'm able to lay on my stomach more, and my spotting has stopped, and I'm no longer experience paining thank God!!!! I also purchased the tea for my thyroid/graves disease cause I'm not a coffee drinker, and for the first time in a while I felt energized, and I was able to be out in the sun and not pass out thank you Isoji Beauty!!

I have to agree with the unprofessionalism. Do not spend your money here. I purchased a bundle from Isoji Beauty in June 2021. It is now September and after not receiving an order, I am still being disrespected about my request for refund. It is the principle. The owner is completely unprofessional. I asked that she provide a tracking number for me to see where they sent it since she is attempting to deflect the burden of issue back to me. Nothing. I've heard over and over, it was sent out, the refund was processed, the refund was processed but I'm not in charge of processing refunds and I'm not in office, the refund was processed. Well during all of this time, I paid through Zelle which I knew so she would have had to get information of how/where to send my refund as you can not just click a "refund" button in Zelle. Once I was over the lies and told her she could not have sent me a refund and her belittling me, she says oh well we sent it to some random person that I have nothing to do with. I said oh really, how much was the refund. She responds with $30 something. Another lie, because my order and payment was $85. If you let people dig their own hole, they will fall in it. Well she did. Fast forward to today, she is now refusing a refund and hung up on me when I kept asking for support to show my order information versus tracking to who, when, and where she sent it. Wow, I have been super patient for 2.5 months knowing she was giving untruths. How hard is it to suck up your pride, say we screwed up, apologize or not, and refund a customer's money? I will not allow her to do this to anyone else. I will be utilizing my some retainer to address this now. I gave her a fair shot which she did not give me. I also did not bring it to reviews or social media trying to resolve this with the business. Isoji Beauty has given me no other choice now. This could have all been prevented with humbleness and reason. Do not spend your money or bring your efforts to Isoji Beauty. I have never been treated with such filth.

This is the best product and service I have ever had.the detox bath is literally the best and the nasal spray is really good. When I was sick those really help me a lot and the tea.

I took my mother as a surprise for Mother’s Day and it was absolutely amazing! We both really enjoyed ourselves and Tahnee made GREAT conversation and was knowledgeable about her products and how they effect your body! We will DEFINITELY be going back again! THANK YOU! ✨
