Don't bring your truck to this workshop by mistake because these people will do a small job and you will have to spend two or three days here. I have been standing here for three days and there is a small problem with my truck. I also bought this part from outside with my own money and gave it to these people. But my truck is not fixed yet. So please don't bring your truck here because you will have a lot of trouble again.

Nobody likes having a breakdown and it never happens at a good time. That said, we contacted VTC and I spoke with Vinny. Told him the issue and that Tiffin would overnight the part. How soon can you get me in.... Would be a few days. We didn't have a choice and drove in. We were greeted by Kim who was expecting us. She had called before we arrived to let us know that we had to pay for the covered repair and we would need to get reimbursed by Tiffin. Makes sense and I appreciated the communication. In that afternoon and they took a quick look to head off any complications. They communicated everything and often. The part came in and they were able to squeeze us in to expedited service bay. Kyle worked on the coach and did an amazing job. We were delighted to get an email from Kim stating that he was almost done. The whole crew knew we were in the middle of a road trip and had reservations to make. That said, every one of their customers needed their vehicles and I believe that the crew handles everyone the same. I will say that being a nice customer does go a long way but the personalities of everyone I dealt with were amazing and understanding. A big thank you to Vinny, Kim and Kyle. And I cannot remember her name but the lady who made sure everything a tech would touch in the motorhome was covered to avoid a mess or dirt being left. Great job.

They didn't have what I needed which is odd. Its a freightliner parts house but they don't have a fan belt for a 2022 Cascadia?? He suggested a Western Star one that was the same size just 11mm longer and it worked so kudos for that I guess. Don't bring a trailer. This lot is TINY

Got a truck to the shop waited for five days to abs light finally put the bad part and asking to wait for two days to bring the good one. Worse service I have received.

Customer service is above and beyond expectations. Truck isn't even finished yet but they have been so on top of communication I'm impressed. Timeline to finish repairs is quick as well. Great job Velocity team

For the amount of time I have spent in shops with them only ever addressing the surface level issue, it was a refreshing experience to have a shop care to get me in proper working condition. Once the root cause was identified and repaired, the difference was like night and day, and my unit was running better than ever before. Throughout the entire process, the communication from the service department was outstanding. I received daily updates on the progress of the repair, and they took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Their transparency and willingness to keep me informed every step of the way truly set them apart. It's disheartening to witness individuals who choose to be entitled and disrespectful toward the hardworking staff, including both the ladies and gentlemen, at this facility. These dedicated professionals are going above and beyond to serve even amidst the challenges of dealing with frustrating customers. It's a simple but essential reminder: treating others with the kindness and respect we ourselves desire is not just a golden rule but a fundamental principle of human interaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone in need of freightliner and western star services.
