Bought a used Tesla Model 3 from them with a due bill to fix my side mirror panels more than 2 months ago. I have been trying to get them to fix this defect that they promised to. Particularly, the servicing unit is impossible to reach. Been calling for the entire 2 months. Went down to the dealer twice but got sent back with "I will let you know again" twice. Service advisor who is supposed to call me back never does. Update on 11/11: Was told that a serving appointment was made for me instructing me to bring the car in for service and stating they would transport it to Tesla for the repair. Brought the car in on Nov 11, 2025 as instructed. The service advisor was not present. Rafael Diaz (General Sales Manager) claimed no knowledge of the appointment until I showed him the service advisor's email. After nearly two hours of waiting, I was informed that no valid appointment existed with Tesla under either my name or the dealership’s. No repair was completed, and no alternative solution was offered. Mr. Diaz was dismissive and uncooperative, stating to the effect of, "You can always go directly to Tesla, service it, and foot the bill yourself."

Really great crew. Very professional, empathetic. They know the car purchase map. They really bring smiles to their clients. Customers leave happy. The lot is well organized. They have all kinds of cars, Cadillac, Kia, Mercedes Benz, expensive to affordable. Washed cars, shined wheels... A place easy to find what you came for. They are a hot new place establishing presence. Visit them online, like me you will run out of words to say especially walking into this newish showroom.

Salesman (Sael) was very knowledgeable about the car we looked at, including technical features and the specific warranties that came with the car. The manager/documents processor was efficient and thorough. As we closed the sale after hours, Sael invited us back to have the car detailed the next day, which we did. A very positive experience all around.

My rating is for the customer service- terrible communication through the service Department. I have had Jeeps for over 20 years and when I come here it is always the same- at least as far back as ai can remember. When ai call, I can never get through in person to a service advisor. I recently left my Jeep here for a recall fix. I tried numerous times to get through to someone. No luck. Figured I just had to wait for their eventual call. Well after a week, still no call and no pickups when I call. So I drove there in a borrowed car. Then Melody, my service advisor, said, "I texted you, didn’t you get it". I said no, no texts. And no voicemails. She checked her records and indeed she had not texted me. From there she became very apologetic. I now had to drive home and then come back to pick up the car on a separate trip with their shuttle guy. Uggh. Very disappointing and frustrating. Good customer service and communications makes such a big difference.

The salespeople are nice. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I can say about the Sunnyvale Dodge dealership and Stellantis service in general. I leased a 2024 Dodge Hornet in May and drove it for just 1.5 weeks before the check engine light came on and the engine fan started running constantly for no reason. I took it to the dealership, but they never fixed it. I reached out to Stellantis support, but they were no help either, aside from reimbursing my rental through checks sent by mail (which, I suppose, is something at least). I initiated the lemon law process in June, had arbitration in July, received most of my money back in August, but I’m still waiting for the remaining amount from Sunnyvale CDJR. It's now October. Over the past four months, it’s been clear that no one cares about my situation—neither the dealership nor Stellantis, which has the most useless customer support I’ve ever encountered. No one takes responsibility: the service manager blames Stellantis, Stellantis blames the parts supplier in Italy, and when the parts finally arrive (and don’t fix the problem), they just blame each other. To make matters worse, I also made the mistake of purchasing a service contract when I leased the car. I surrendered the vehicle on August 19th and immediately requested a cancellation and full refund for the service contract, but I’m still waiting for that check. Unsurprisingly, no one responds to my emails. Fun fact: during the lemon arbitration, they admitted that the vehicle they sold me "has been a problem from day one when it arrived off the truck." The only person who actually said "I’m sorry" was the salesperson I spoke to after surrendering the car—everyone else just passed the blame. If anyone from management is reading this, you’d better figure out where my service contract refund check for $1,435 is. Updated July 3, 2025: it's been almost a year since I surrendered the lemon Hornet, and this dealership keeps spamming me with emails and calling me asking why I'm not bringing it for service. Come on folks, maybe you'll finally send me a check for $1,435 instead of bugging me every few weeks? You surely know how to contact me if you have questions.
