They know my vehicles, have all the records of my purchase & work history and they’re good at what they do! It’s so important to get a grip…and that’s what keeps you on the road!

Outstanding service from start to finish at Tires Plus! I brought my car in thinking I just needed an alignment, but Manager Ian and his team took the time to really inspect everything and found that one of my tie rods was severely worn — something that could have led to a much more dangerous (and expensive) issue down the road. Instead of just doing the alignment and sending me on my way, Ian explained everything clearly, showed me the problem, and gave me a very fair quote for the repair. They got the part in quickly and had me back on the road the same day. What really stood out was how honest and transparent the whole team was. They could have easily tacked on extra charges or pushed unnecessary repairs, but they didn’t. In fact, they saved me a lot of money and likely spared me from a bigger breakdown later. Big thanks to Ian and the crew — professional, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this shop to anyone who needs reliable, trustworthy service.

Highly recommend this tire plus I was never taken advantage here I've had shops try and take advantage of me because I'm a woman before. My cars steering started locking up on me I took it to tires plus and they were able to figure out it was my rack and pinion technician Jeremiah was able to order the parts very quickly I was without my car only for 2 days and they were able to do the job on my days off from work saving me from missing any work, absolutely recommended them. Will have my business for life.

I had a great experience at this shop! Ian and the team were especially helpful. They had the tires that i needed in stock. Ian even brought me out and pointed out that I needed new brake pads, even showed me new ones compared to mine. Still, overall the whole process was easy and stress-free. I left felt good about my tires and the service I received. When I want my brake pads replaced, I know where I am going. Highly recommend if you want a real straightforward team.

Samin is possibly the greatest car mechanic of all time. I don't go to a shop, I go to Samin. Ian runs a tight ship and seems to have good rapport with the guys in the shop. They've been very helpful and are willing to work with me. It's been a blessing to have them working on our cars as we have need.
