Chris did a great job replacing the interior trim on the back door and adding exterior trim to seal the screw heads and improve the appearance. The finished look is significantly better than after the initial installation. I wasn't told during the purchase that new trim isn't usually part of the installation. Had I known, I would have been happy to add it to the work order so it would look nice from day 1. Photos attached are before and after. Very pleased with the final results.

I called New South Window Solutions after having used them for an installation for a set of windows back in 2023. Their products are of the highest quality, the install team did an amazing job - super professional and really took their time to make sure that everything was sealed up water tight. My sales rep, Chad Kerrick was great to work with - knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process easy. I’m moving forward with the second phase, because I’m that happy with the results. I do love the design of my windows from the first phase.

This was a special event—one day open house for up to 50% off. Jake did a great job of walking me through the process, describing the windows, and giving us peace of mind about the measurements being confirmed by the installation crew. I am very satisfied with my experience and would easily recommend them for anyone who wants to improve their homes. The cost of doing this type of work is probably just going to increase over time (with labor and materials), but New South Windows is a great local company that takes care of their customers.

Review #1 - Sales I worked with salesman, Curt Riley. He was very professional, respectful, and courteous. He explained and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. I had many questions and concerns as I was going through the My Safe Florida Home program and Curt provided reassurance throughout the selection process that I my choices meet all the MSFH hurricane requirements. Curt did not pressure me or make annoying inquiries after meeting with me. He allowed me to pursue and compare quotes from other companies confident that the company and product he represented would "win me over." I would recommend working with Curt and feel he would provide thoughtful guidance through the sales experience. (Product review to follow after installation)

My sales person was good. After waiting two months my windows were ready to be installed. Please don’t go with this company unless you can speak Spanish. Not one person could speak English. After installation the inspection failed. They came back again the same crew no English. They called someone speaking very loud all three speaking Spanish. Hopefully the inspection will pass. I have nothing against workers not speaking English as long as one person can. Beware Cynthia Walker

After using New South Windows back in 2023, we purchased more windows for our house back in July of this year. Just had our final county inspection a couple of weeks ago. Now we are waiting on New South Windows to come back out and finish putting the windows together for us. We are also waiting on the correct screens for our windows (saleperson, order the wrong screens). I have a list of messages I have left for customer service and tried reaching out to customer service per text messages. I guess once they have all your money, you are no longer a customer! Very upsetting. After successfully using New South Windows in 2023, we confidently decided to purchase additional windows for our home in July. We recently completed our final county inspection and are eagerly awaiting New South Windows' return to finalize the assembly of our windows. We're also expecting the correct screens, as the salesperson mistakenly ordered the wrong ones. I have proactively left multiple messages for customer service and have reached out via text. It’s disappointing to feel that after receiving our payment, we are no longer prioritized as customers. I trust that this matter will be resolved promptly. This review is to make sure everyone understand, the stories are not all perfect.

Marcus and crew installed my new windows and doors in three days. They were quick, efficient and easy to work with. This was my first experience and I wasn't sure about the process. Marcus was fabulous in explaining everything and patient with any questions I had throughout the process. Every member of his crew worked hard continuously and cleaned up everything each day. The company kept me posted about the progress of the windows being made with approximate dates of installation. I was very pleased with the experience and highly recommend NewSouth Window Solutions.
