The foreman introduced himself right away and explained the entire process to us, including how long the job would take. He kept us informed every step of the way, which made us feel confident and included. The workers showed great skill and care in their work. Their workmanship was excellent, and they clearly took pride in what they were doing. Any time something in the building was going to be affected—like the electricity being shut off—we were given plenty of notice so we could prepare. That level of communication meant a lot. The price was also much lower than other companies we looked at, but the quality of work was top-notch. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Gryphon Roofing to anyone needing roofing work. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done!

We have used Gryphon on more than one occasion and our experience has always been exemplary. This project entailed replacement of a Scupper and proper placement of the scupper to ensure proper water runoff off the roof. Prior to this replacement I was getting water leakage in my stairwell and down the wall when it rains. This has been has been the fix I have been praying for. I have the highest regard for the staff. They do a great job. I would not hesistate to use them again.

Due to some health concerns, my father's doctor asked us to check around the home for any evidence of mold. I called Patrick at Gryphon who was recommendation by a trusted friend. Patrick came out the same day and inspected a suspicious wall with a moisture meter. He gave us some valuable information and next steps to have a third party test the air quality for even more info before getting into an involved project. Though he didn't charge us for the house call, we will definitely use Gryphon to do the work if additional testing warrants remediation. Patrick was friendly, efficient and professional. I needed my roof replaced and called Gryphon Roofing to get an estimate. The office staff was super easy to work with and had Brooks my sales guy contact me a couple of days later. He did a complete inspection of the roof and went over all of the details with me of what needed to be done. He was able to give me a written estimate on the spot and I was able to get the job scheduled a few days later. The crew that did the roof work were amazing. They were supervised by Damian who was on-site several times during the two-and-a-half-day process. Damian was great to work with. He explained every detail of the job as it moved along and kept me informed during the entire process. He answered all my questions and was super to work with the entire time. I had a few cracked tiles, but Damian was able to find tiles to match and kept the job moving forward. The entire crew did a great job cleaning up during and after the roofing job was completed. Everyone was very easy to work with and communication was great. I was impressed by how professional everyone was the entire time. It was a great team, highly professional, awesome communication, friendly and experienced. They truly deserve a five star rating. I would highly recommend using Gryphon Roofing if you are in need of a roofing repair or full roof replacement.
