Imagine purchasing a product from your local store. The price is $15.00, you take it to the register and it rings up as $30 Do you purchase at that price knowing it clearly states $15 in the shelf? Welcome to CleanChoice Energy practice. After signing up on a "Fixed price" agreement and it being confirmed by email, why on earth would CleanChoice Energy continue sending mail stating it needs more information to confirm the account for my electric company? So, I'm supposed to sign a letter from CleanChoice Energy to confirm them as a new supplier (even though it was confirmed in an email) while turning the letter over it states a "Variable price" agreement. Why the change? "Variable" means the price paid will fluctuate and "Fixed" means it doesn't change ( for those who may be wondering). THOUGHTS: The company CleanChoice Energy seems wonderful to use alternative energy HOWEVER, being deceptive in trying to have me sign an agreement that changes what was already confirmed digitally is WRONG!!! And why did I receive these letters even after the digital confirmation? Proverbs 10:22 reads: "The blessing of the LORD makes [a person] rich, and He adds no sorrow with it". This verse highlights that true wealth comes from God's favor and does not carry the burdens, pain, or regret that often accompany worldly riches. True Wealth: God's blessing provides true riches, which can include spiritual salvation, heavenly riches, and financial well-being that is secured and brings joy. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This program was a very nice surprise and all the additional bonuses and opportunities. The gentleman who talked to me about this and helped sign me up was so nice and knowledgeable. I was nervous being a first time home buyer not knowing what is real and a scam. He was willing to talk things through and was honest from day 1. Highly recommend!!

I won't recommend any of the options for their services. I no longer want to talk to their customer service department, they are well trained in passing the buck. The price adjustment lack transparency and appears to be arbitrary. I have not received any clear explanation or justification for this increase, nor have I observed any improvement in service quality to warrant such a change. This practice borders on price gouging and is unacceptable. My rates from 11 cents up to 20 cents, my bill from $70 to up $320. Even customer representative said I am the most loyalty customer, they can offer a better price requiring me to sign a new one year offer, if not just accept the current price. Instead of providing solutions, the representatives shifted responsibilty to policy, they can do nothing. Thank you, I dropped down my service from your company. For your reply, IMPORTANT: Ohio Edison offered 9 cents on the service and you cajoled me into continuing to sign up for 11 cents on the dollar and said it was the best price. Your company doesn't go by the market price, just the price you earn. If you guys cut down on the hoops a bit, not so many people would choose another company.

Loving the idea of Clean-Coal. All my interactions to date with Clean Energy representatives have been very positive. Let's work together to conserve our beautiful home planet.♥️

One of their reps stopped me at the door of a grocery store and gave me a $5 gift card, saying I just needed to sign so they could show they talked to people. I only stopped to be respectful since everyone else was ignoring her. At no point did she say anything about making a switch on my electric account. The account isn’t even in my name — it’s in my housemate’s — and they still went ahead and switched us over to CleanChoice without his permission. That’s slamming, plain and simple. Super misleading and disgraceful. Don’t even give them the time of day.

A clean energy company that Also offers rewards what could be better? Iv’e been with clean choice over three years and never once have had a problem. My rate did go up one time and I called in and they gave me a rate that was only two cents higher than the ugly bad energy guys rate, it will be fixed for two years. So I would say excellent customer service. The lady was so kind on the phone, She even backdated a little to make up for the extra that I had paid. Amazing!

WORST!!!! have had two electric accts at my Home for 20 plus years I always get Fixed rates, But this last time somehow Clean Choice got one fixed but the other Variable at .079cents per kWh, and from the very first month it was never .079cents it went directly up to .22cents!!! ALMOST TRIPLE when the PECO rate and all others seemed to be from 9 cents to 11cents. Why did Clean Choice HIKE UP the RATE SO MUCH? , called and got no answer on hold for soooo long, of course I emailed and cancelled but they had already screwed me for Months! Screwed me by slipping in a Variable Rate deal when I know I had Fixed but unfortunately I only looked at the other contract thinking both were the same. Didn't even see the Varible one till months later when I researched it after my bills where $50 per month high
