Window World of Memphis

Had previously installed half our windows with a different company and wanted the same brand/model. While this wasn't WE's primary brand they were authorized for Wincore Windows. They happily were willing to use the Wincore and the process was much more detailed anf professional than the first company

Leo and Cathy did a very neat job installing our windows. After installation, they cleaned up each area and cleaned each window as well. We’re very happy the whole process.

Highly recommend Window World of Memphis. From start to finish they kept me informed of their progress. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and inspected their work upon completion. Our referral got their check, and they submitted paperwork to the TVA for us. Have noticed a significant difference between the new windows and our old ones. Can’t wait until we get the rest done.

They have the worst customer support. I definitely do not recommend them. They replaced the windows in our entire home, but one of the windows was broken. It has been over three months, and it still hasn't been replaced. I have called them multiple times, and each time, they give me a different story, trying to be clever rather than resolving the issue.

I absolutely . love my windows and Siding best investment ever. Hard worker's very polite and professional. Great company. I highly recommend them.
