I had lost my email on my phone. Nate restored it in about 3 clicks. I said I would keep that phone until the next really good deal came along. He said he could lower my monthly bill, and get me a new phone, plus an iPad. I took the offer. Nate also guided me to pick out a new case and the rest of the protective gear, and charging block for my new iPhone and iPad.
