Whatever employee that visited the Rockford Family Fare on 2/8/25 at 5pm parked across two parking spaces at the front of the lot, then left his cart in a handicap parking spot. Inconsiderate human being.

This company has the worst employees I've ever seen. I was driving to a Tax appointment today and saw the street was closed. I entered a parking lot to see if I could get through to the other side because parking lots are usually linked and this one was not. I pulled up all the way and one of the employees ran up to my car. I was on the phone when this happened so I put my car into park until I get off of the call to see when the roads will be cleared. When I parked and was ready to step out to ask when it will be cleared the employee was standing there and starts going off on me, you were gonna driver over the median. He starts saying rude things and comes to my car to record. I tell him I have an appointment at the next building and then I start recording him. I recorded the entire thing, he called the cops trying to say I was a threat to him when he came to my car and was the threat. I explained it all to the cops and went on my way. These are the type of people you allow to work for you when you hire this company. STAY AWAY!!!!! The way he ran up to my car was as if he wanted to run through the car. Just because other people went over the median doesnt mean everyone will. I parked in that parking lot and walked to the other building, there was no reason to go over. End of the day if I even wanted to it would not be your business you do not own those parking lots or the median. BUT I WAS GOING TO!!

They left many things undone and are slow to finish what wasn't done. Of the things they did do, many things weren't right or logical.
