This location is great. I want to thank Natalie, Steven and Colt for their professionalism and keeping me updated while my truck was in their shop. I appreciate the work they accomplished in an appropriate time frame. I will be returning to this location when I need any additional work done on my unit.

The manager of the shop called me, we came to an agreement and they will make things right. I commend them on reaching out not many shops will do that nowadays, I look forward to building a relationship with Yancey Power Systems as our go to shop in the Atlanta area.

Awesome place. They couldn’t help me, since the part I needed was on the truck side. However, the staff went out of the way to assist me and provide the info I needed for Freightliner to find the part I needed.

Yancey Power Systems of Austell did a Platinum Engine Overhaul on my 2004 Winnebago Journey 36G Cat C7 330 HP Diesel Pusher Class A RV after they diagnosed that a cylinder was defective and also the radiator. After the repair, they used a dynamometer to "road test" the repair. Exceptional service from the Service Manager who return calls and kept me appraised of the repair work in progress. Service Manager also arranged with their Security to allow me after hours access to my vehicle that I used to pick up the RV.

This place does great work, but be ready to empty your wallet they'll rob you blind. Had them install a OIL PRESSURE SWITCH THE SWITCH WAS 149.95 THEY CHARGED ME A FREAKING HOUR AND A HALF LABOR AT 247.50. THIS IS SOMETHING I SHOULD'VE DONE MYSELF. HAD I KNOWN THEY WERE GONNA ROB LIKE THAT I WOULD'VE. JUST TO MAKE A COUPLE OF TURNS AND UNPLUG.. THAT'S ROBBERY WITHOUT A GUN. TRULY UNHAPPY RIGHT NOW.

Very good service department and personnel to get you in and out of the shop in a timely & efficient manner..

Staff is helpful.and professional. Looking for a hard to find part for commerical vehicles check them out.
