Mark was excellent with the drop off of our 16 foot container, and answered all my questions. Plus he’s a Veteran. Great guy, and must be a great company to hire such a good guy.

Great service, great communication. Showed up early and explained everything for me. Very helpful and attentive to all my questions and answered everything I needed to know. Mark came to pick up our pod. Was early, worked fast and got our pod lifted with ease.

This company is as advertised. They follow through on their precise actions of calling ahead of time with friendly instructions. The driver, Ramon, showed up to my house and was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as very skilled at carefully unloading and placing the pods exactly where I needed them. He took extra steps to be cautious to not damage anything around the area although I don't think he would have been close to it. I appreciated the extra measures of customer service And Timely representation. I would definitely and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a Pod company, especially for the value of cost versus other companies. Thank you for the great customer service. Mark just arrived, (to take my packrat away) very friendly and efficient. The container arrived, clean and perfectly placed as requested. I definitely recommend Pack-Rat as a huge help when moving or just needing to clear things out for a while, while work is being done in your home ~ or for a plethora of other reasons

I’m surprised at all the terrible reviews of pack rat because my experience was the complete opposite. The price was significantly lower than the competitors and it was easy to book my pods. They also make it easy to cancel pods if you no longer need it. We originally did 2 pods then canceled them sending the second when we got all our stuff packed in the first. I will say that my move was local so I didn’t have any of the issues people have had with delivering on time. Many people try calling, but if you cancel or update your order from the website you don’t have to wait on the line for 30mins. I would recommend them to anyone doing a local move. Andre dropped off our pod and he did an excellent job. He even placed the pod on the far far side of our driveway and was very careful and conscientious. We would definitely use this service again.
