Excellent experience. Reliable, communicative, and responsive company. Worked with two technicians - Alex who diagnosed the issue and Ilya who repaired it - both were great! My tenants were freezing and I contacted 212HVAC with a simple search online with HVAC repair. I was lucky enough to get Eli. The guys came the next day. I wish I would have called earlier in the day and not at 10:00PM. Had I called in the morning they said they could have come that day. I was lucky I got them because they came the next day and fixed the furnace. Good thing because it is cold again. My tenants are warm and I don't have to worry about it anymore. The gentleman took safety precautions with a mask, booties and gloves. I have to admit my tenants were hesitant to let people in the unit because of COVID but they were pleasantly surprised all around. Thank you 212HVAC!!!

212 HVAC has been my main go to HVAC company since 2016 they have very professional and prompt with the work . 212 HVAC installed heating and air conditioning systems in few of our buildings in NYC and we are very satisfied and we will use them again (they also do our maintenance!)
