Vlad @ 3 kings was very professional from the start. Communication with them was always flowing easy. I appreciated the consideration they gave us on our small abatement and demolition job. We had an Alley House that needed asbestos abatement and demolition. When the time came they did the abatement in a day and a half, Thursday and Friday. Then came back after the weekend for the demolition. It was very tight spot to get an excavator into. Also there are overhead utility lines as well. The equipment operator was very skilled and cautious around the utility pole and lines. There was also a fence on the neighboring side to watch as well. And the back side of our garage was in close proximity. When the house was mostly down the operator noticed the water line for our main house had been run on top of the ground under the house. He was very cautious in making sure that the water line wasn't damaged in the process. They cleaned up everything after the house was down. Just the bare dirt was left. Of course such a big excavator is going to leave track marks where it had been. This was to be expected. I'm happy with the service that was provided by 3 kings in environmental.

Dear 3 Kings Management, Recently i was able to see the quality work and the integrity of the 3kings crew dismantling the former nursery on Baseline in Hillsboro. It was in stark contrast to the demolition recently done by another company on the same site. My interaction and conversation with Anthony and Vlad went far beyond my expectations for professionalism, integrity, clarity and cordiality. Were i still in construction i would be happy to work for or with these men. They are stellar examples of the values i hold in high esteem and it shines a bright light on the 3 Kings company. Can't say enough good things about my experience working with 3 Kings Environmental. We were stood up by another company 3 times and were at a point where our schedule would be delayed if a chemical room didn't get cleared out. Spoke to Adrianna initially who had a PM call me within a couple hours and then helped get the Service Agreement turned around ASAP. Then had Brett contact me and he managed to get us on their schedule for the next day after expressing what an urgent time constraint we were in. They sent two movers (Shane & Luke) the next day who showed up early, in proper PPE, and enthusiastic to get our job done. They worked super quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be recommending and using them for future projects.

We recently had the pleasure of working with 3 Kings Environmental on a challenging project with several delays due to permitting and COVID-19. Their customer service was exceptional because of their attention to detail, flexibility, follow through and clear communication. Our project manager, Emily, was incredible from project start to completion- patient, knowledgeable and attentive. The site crew was wonderful, especially, Lucio. 3 Kings is professional, amazingly diverse and has completed various scopes work for us from interior clean room demo to demo work in industrial open bays. They are our go to for the usual and unusual! A great local company!

I was trying to get some contact information and a lady named Tiffany, was extremely rude, and even hung up on me while I was still talking to her. I had to call back, thankfully I got someone else who was a lot more professional! Customer service is super important, and if that's not something your employee is willing to provide, you should consider hiring someone else!
