Tim was awesome. If you want transparency, honesty, and reasonable cost I don’t see why you would go anywhere else. He explained every aspect of the job, potential setbacks that MIGHT occur depending on your scenario to help you understand the range of the expense, handled the permit, and scheduled the inspection. I was quoted roughly 1k for a job that he was able to complete for a large fraction of the cost. He is happy to answer questions and is a great guy.

Tim’s 40+ years experience is evident in every aspect of his service. He was initially hired to install a motor home outlet (50a), the age of my house required a main box upgrade. Tim could have run up the bill with a new main box, but he found a way to keep my costs down without compromising safety or state/county codes. Saved me thousands. I even have the ability now to add circuits. Barwick Electrical is my go to for anything electrical.

Barwick Electrical installed a manual transfer switch on our home for use with an emergency generator. Tim Barwick gave a clear estimate beforehand and spelled out exactly what the job would entail, what parts would be required, timeline, etc. - walked us through the whole process and let us make an informed decision. Tim was in contact at every step - from ordering parts to fabricating wires to the final install. The installation was very clean and professional - everything very tidy - and costs were in line with the estimate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barwick Electrical - I know I'll be calling Tim the next time I need a solid electrician at a fair price.

I have worked with a number of contractors over the years and this is the third job Tim has done for me. He is without question the best contractor I have ever had. He is honest, does what he says he will do and shows up when he says he will. He also follows up and returns calls, texts and emails promptly. He is very knowledgeable concerning electrical work and codes and does high quality work at a fair price. He has my highest recommendation.

Tim Barwick of Barwick Elecrical Services is our go to guy for all things electrical--inside and out. Recently, he installed landscape lighting for us in our backyard. We liked it so much, we asked him to come back and do the front. He is very professional and wants everything to be exactly right. He provides a detailed quote and sticks to it, but is willing to work with you if anything needs to be changed. I would highly recommend him for any electrical project.

Mr. Barwick did an excellent job installing a new ground fault receptacle in my bathroom. He's now my top choice for any electrical work I need done.
