You must park on the street and walk to guard shack to check in. When they have a door ready, they will call you. It is VERY TIGHT to get into the dock if you have to back into a spot that has trucks on both sides of your door. This shipper is not set up for OTR trucks. Once you’re in a door, take the slip of paper the guard shack gave you and bring that to the shipping & receiving window. They will lock out your airline before loading you. They take a long time to load you. I was there about 4 hours to get loaded. Then after I scaled out, I was overweight on my drives and they blamed me for the load shifting. I didn’t care and told them they need to load it better. I was there more than 3 1/2 hours the second time to get reworked so I was legal. The people were nice, but they just no sense of urgency at all.

PU：一定不要把车开进去，把车停路中间，步行到门卫check in，填写信息小条（看照片）要车牌号、重量、电话，提货号、公司名称，目的地，然后回车上等，接到电话后开车到门卫处，拿刚才你填的信息，告诉你dock号及注意事项，进入后先倒好车，要调轴、塞住前后两个轮子、拔下气管，拿着小条和驾照到1号check in，装完货回到1号拿货单然后把车开出来在出口处停下有工作人员看着你装seal并拍照，门卫处要检查你的货单。

Horrible place, appt doesnt mean anything. Over 3 hours still not loaded. They dont answer phone at all. Zero respect for truck drivers.

Park in middle of street. walk 50 ft for check in with ur truck and trailer numbers. Shipping will take copy of Hazmat license and drivers license so keep it handy. great staff . Nearest cat scale 7 miles. 1436 washington blvd montebello. safe driving fellas
