They helped me move in 2023. They are professionals and did the job really quick (Faster than expected/ estimated). After starting the move they took 15-20 min break. I didn't even notice that as it happened during travel. At the end, they mentioned the cost of the move and detailing out why my estimate was different (honesty). I would definitely hire them again.

Great people and amazing help. This company is great and full of hard workers who have great communication! I highly recommend checking out their services and doing business with them! They helped me so much and made it so easy on me during my process.

I recently hired The Approved Movers to help us move from a second floor apartment to a second floor condo. Two men from The Approved Movers came out on a Saturday evening and despite running a little late, they were clearly well motivated and great workers. They introduced themselves professionally, made a quick plan of attack, and got right to work. They took care to pad and wrap things that needed it and were great at packing logically and safely. Things that stood out during packing: - They padded and wrapped items that could be marred easily - They dissembled items safely when necessary - They made sure to keep screws and pieces together - They were quick an efficient while still being friendly - They brought their own tools even though I had some ready Things that stood out during unloading: - They asked where things should go and placed items logically - They took care not to damage floors with heavy items - They made sure not to leave any wrapping debris behind Most important: - They didn't take breaks or slow down over a 6 hour job and I was their second customer of the day!!! - 2 very small and easy to miss metal brackets got left in the truck by mistake. It was totally an understandable mistake especially because they blended in with the truck floor. One of the crew found them the next day and held on to them for me and personally delivered them a few days later when we both had time to meet up. EVERY company makes mistakes, having the integrity to fix them is how you build a good reputation though. --------- Final thoughts / TLDR: Value: 10/10 Speed: 9/10 (Dolly would have made stairs easier/faster) Quality: 9/10 (minor damage to a table corner edge) Professionalism: 9/10 (The crew deserve better equipment) Overall a good experience at a very fair price. Save yourself time and money by doing any disassembly you can in advance.

My movers went above & beyond & did an amazing job with my move. Super nice & respectful & they get the job done. Evonne, Kip & Carlos work so well together. They were high energy the entire time ready for whatever & accommodated all our needs. Best movers I've ever had hands down!! Highly recommended.

We called them to see if they could help us on a last minute move to unload a uhaul. They sent two workers out to help us that day! The woman I talked to on the phone was really helpful and professional. The two men that came to help us were super friendly, professional, and very quick and careful with our stuff. I don’t know how they moved so fast and on such an extremely hot and humid day. The price was really reasonable also. I’m so glad grateful they were able to help us! I would defined recommend it them.

Moving is never fun and always stressful, but it absolutely helps knowing you have professional movers who truly want to make the day easier for you. Overall, they are PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, FAIR and HARD WORKING. Evonne was helpful when scheduling and confirming the appt. Kip and Carlos were extremely professional and careful with our furniture. They worked non-stop. We were scheduled to have three movers, but one of them was sick and unable to work (trying to be careful due to COVID). Regardless, Kip and Carlos did everything possible to make sure all our our things were safely moved to our new home. They wouldn't even stop to eat or take breaks even though we wanted them to! I have never seen two people work harder. I have moved more times than I can count. Within Columbus alone, I have used five different companies, and this was by far the BEST. I would absolutely recommend them.
