AAA RV Collision and Service

While washing my Oliver Fiberglass Travel Trailer, I noticed a chip on the curved surface just behind a storage box near the tongue. I was referred to AAA RV Collision and Service by my service technician and I wasn’t disappointed in the level of quality service I received. The AAA team made me feel welcome each and every time I came into the office, quoted me a very reasonable price estimate, removed and replaced the storage box, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and made a flawless repair that looks like no damage had occurred at all. I now have a proven, local business we can come back to should the need arise. AAA can count me in as a lifelong customer.

We had AAA work on several warranty issues with our Sprinter and we could not be happier with the level of customer service and quality work we received. We will definitely be using AAA for any future work on our van.

I definitely give Triple A 5 Stars for several reasons... Service is outstanding! I dropped off my 5th wheel and they had everything done on time. You cannot tell it was ever damaged! We were returning home on Memorial Day at the end of a vacation. The bearings failed on our small travel trailer and the wheel broke off the axle 200 miles from home. We had the trailer towed to the tow service lot and we continued home. I found AAA RV on the internet and based on their reviews called them. From that first call, I knew I had the right place. They were knowledgeable, patient, and most helpful navigating the insurance claim. I called numerous times with questions and everytime I spoke with a real person and got an answer to my questions vs an answering system and prompts. They replaced the axle, repaired fiberglass damage and damages to the plumbing. The trailer was with AAA for six weeks. It was in a secure place and their repair work made it better than new. It is a company we could trust and have confidence that our repairs would be done properly. I am so happy we found AAA.

My third visit to AAA after a torrential downpour while camping. Rains showed us a leak in the roof of our motorhome we didn’t know we had. AAA was my first call. They got me in as soon as I could get there. Told the friends we were camping with I trusted their work after previous visits. Two friends called right after I did about issues they were having and got in just as quickly. Tenacious in chasing down all possible water leak paths. We are now completely dry. Fixed my generator, even after I’d given them an incorrect problem statement to work with. Their experts took very good care of us. I’ll be back.

Great job as usual. Was expecting to drop my RV and have it there for a few days for a diagnosis of a slide out issue. Instead Tyler, Jonathan (JJ) and John came out and found my problem right away. God brought us to AAA RV Collision and Service. We purchased a new Brinkley and had a lot of warranty issues. This crew of gentlemen are experienced in the business and this company has been in business for over 30+ successful years. We cannot say enough great things about them. They educated us, walked us through each step of the process. When we received our trailer back it looked brand new and everything was working. We were excited to be able to use our trailer and enjoy it now, knowing professionals took excellent care of us and gave us peace of mind knowing it's been done right. We love this company.
