Jim the person who helped me at the store was helpful. He assisted me in looking for the item and when it wasn’t there, he ordered it right there in the aisle. He also was the person who was at my checkout overall great experience great worker that you have.

It was my first time coming in the store The lady at the register with the blast head today were very nice love the energy but there’s a big man with the beard and glasses asking if I was looking for something I said I was strolling around cuz it was my first time and made me feel little uncomfortable. I used their printer machine it was better than where I used to go UPS store. Much affordable and more than one printers plus people don’t have to know my business if I need to print via sending email glad I went this place for it.

Both the Staples website and Google say this location closes at 10pm on Wednesdays. I showed up and the male worker told me they're closed and locked the front door as I approached at 9:11PM on September 3rd, a Wednesday. Can't wait for the worthless chain to go bankrupt.

The return line at this location is extremely slow. Tenths of people on the line, two employees moving at the speed of snail. 10 employees walking around the store doing nothing. If you know the return line is always busy why not delegate more employees to taking returns at busy times. 10 to 20 minutes minimum wait on the return line 15 people on the return line and the only two employees are discussing a computer problem.*****update**** still nothing has changed
