Needed tires for my daughter‘s vehicle, had trouble locating the correct size. Tire Choice was able to get them from one of their local stores and accommodate my need to have them done today. Dani, the receptionist and cashier was fantastic. Super polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After having the tires delivered, they were installed balanced and alignment was checked in less than an hour and a half. I appreciate their focus on customer satisfaction and will definitely recommend to others.

I cannot tell you how amazing this shop is!! They went above and beyond 100%! When nobody else would help me, Tire Choice on Holland Rd came through. The manager Josh made sure to keep me informed every step of the way and offered suggestions that no one else had thought of to assist in my particular situation. My daughter and I both got 4 new tires. They charged us to replace the stems but did not our tires started going flat within 7 to 10 days. We had to go back multiple times to get what we paid for. When I went in, I told them that I had new tires just 6 months prior and I thought maybe my alignment was bad. They told me my alignment was tight and that the guy sold me bad tires. 7 months later and multiple times putting air in my tires . My front tire went flat. When I tried to put the donut on I realized they had stripped 2 of my lug nuts and I had to hire a mechanic to come and help get the lug nuts off. I went to the tire choice and showed them the tire. They said it was a bad tire but I had to call the manufacturer. Which I did in front of them he said the tire was guaranteed up to 40 miles or two years. But they had to get a code of some kind. They said I would he was wrong and gave me the corporate #. Then they told me I had to prove that I had an alignment done. I said you said I didn’t need one. They said no I refused an alignment. Which is not true. They also said they changed the stems but they did not so lying seems to be their go too. They also told me they would keep the tire in the back until they could figure things out on their end. But on my paperwork they say customer said to dispose of tire. My roommate also went here and her tire went flat with 15 days. So that’s three people with the same experience. Had they told me on day one I needed an alignment I surely would have gotten one!!! Who spends money on tires that will get chewed through every six months. An alignment is truly cheaper!!! I feel ripped off and my daughters safety is important to me. So we will not ever trust this company again.
