27 Atlantic Apartments

27 Atlantic is by far the premier place to rent in VB. The building location, amenities and quality of the units speak for themselves. The staff are amazing, Katie, Ashley, Stefanie and the rest of the team are so kind and helpful. Maintenance is a breeze here. This is the sort of community you move to and never want to leave! The residents of the building truly care for each other and aren’t just neighbors, but friends! Can’t recommend this building enough.

Amazing building with wonderful staff and great neighbors. 27 Atlantic is a terrific community and a beautiful building. Ideally located right at the Ocean's edge. The views are spectacular. The staff of administrative, maintenance and cleaning crew all combine to make this place terrific. Sharon amazed me by single handedly cleaning and polishing the floors and washing the walls of the back hallway that is shared by an on-site restaurant, turning it from grey to polished in just a few hours! Unbelievable Talent and Kindness from all the staff here that is rarely seen!

"Temu luxury." *It is now 21 days with no properly working HVAC* This is oceanfront, but NOT the luxury I am accustomed to! I hope people like the smell of skunk pot smoke, cigarettes, malfunctioning elevators, & lots of noise. Many times, it's like living next to a construction site with bulldozers (beep beep back-up noise), building for the next event. I have complained over 4 years ago, & smoking violations still continue. Their finger-wagging emails are NOT effective! I have had surgeries & still have mobility issues. It's the ONLY reason why I have not escaped yet from this defective, dysfunctional place. The new payment portal still doesn't work after 3 months. This second HVAC outage in 4 years is the last straw for me. This is more of a long-term hotel stay & not a home to invest in. It's like dating someone with a pretty face with no substance, greedy, & no loyalty. I pay nearly $3,200 per month (for rent alone) for a 510 square feet oceanfront studio. I can't even get "basics," not to mention "luxury." It has now been 21 days since the HVAC system has worked properly. The HVAC on the whole floor is down because it's all connected. My small studio apartment gets up to 78+ degrees in Sept. I have to leave my only window, a sliding glass door (with no screen), open even when trying to sleep. BUT, I cannot rest because I have already had an incident where a large, flying roach (palmetto bug) entered my apartment & raided like a small mouse. I had glue roach traps for any possible incidents. I do not do bugs, but it did NOT stop anything this large. Only my vacuum worked, & it took 2 full days for this thing to die, adding more dirt to the vacuum. Good luck with Swiffers. Please note the rat/rodent trap boxes (attached pictures) that are near the apartment building's entrance & the attached restaurant. I cannot rest or sleep in peace with NO working HVAC system & need to keep the sliding glass door open with NO screen just for AIR. It invites bugs, flies, gnats, mosquitoes, & moths. I can't control high humidity & possible mold with having to leave the door open & NO working HVAC. Will I be visited in the middle of the night while sleeping by a rodent or flying, big roaches with NO screen door? Who can sleep & rest peacefully worrying about that?! This is the second time the HVAC system has gone down for days. This building is only 4 years old. I have lived in a REAL LUXURY building in Pentagon City outside of Washington, DC for 13 years w/ZERO HVAC issues. Our HVAC filters at 27 Atlantic apartments were changed the week of September 16, 2024 &then the week of May 5, 2025. They call it quarterly. In my personal opinion, it sounds more like some greedy owner(s) and/or a financially failing organization is trying to save a dollar? As of the middle of September 2025, we are still waiting for the next quarterly HVAC air filter change that I'm told will be sometime in October 2025. My current HVAC filter looks completely clogged. Coincidence with the HVAC shutdown? Where is my nearly $3,200 a month going? It doesn't appear to be going towards the staff. It's not going towards air filters. WHERE is my money going to?! I do NOT blame the hard-working staff. I have worked at jobs in my life where all they did was cut, cut, cut expenses & stretch the staff & cut services to the paying customers/clients. So, I have sympathy for the hard-working staff stretching themselves & doing the best that they can. (screenshot attached of just one of the many Concierge cuts.) Concierge is now reduced to 3 hours a day, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday - Friday, & it's a Leasing Agent, whose responsibilities sometimes take them away from that desk. When the fragile front door doesn't work, you need to use the service hallway entrance, and you can't get deliveries to your door because only the fragile front door is connected to the elevator system. Elevators break down, Call Box fails. Whenever it rains, I hope the wind blows away from the sliding glass door, or I won't even get air from the outside.

I’m currently staying at 27 Atlantic Apartments, and it’s been an amazing experience! Ashley has been incredibly helpful and kind since the very beginning – even back when I was just starting to look for an apartment (from across the ocean!). Coming from Europe, I wasn’t sure how easily I’d settle in, but to my surprise, I feel completely at home here. The apartment is great and has everything I need for a comfortable long-term stay. The location is perfect – just steps from the beach with everything I need close by. And let’s not forget – breathtaking ocean sunrises are basically part of the package (no extra charge!). I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Ms. Sharon was a heroine from the first day of my arrival. As previous reviews have indicated, she’s awesome, and I’m pleased to have experienced her kindness and proactive nature firsthand. All of the staff have been considerate, making me feel right at home. The apartment was clean and well kept as promised on move in. The halls are quiet while the magnificent views speak for themselves. Living in a tourist area, especially along the boardwalk, I expect some level of noise, so that hasn’t been a concern. From my perspective, my diligent search for a laid back lifestyle along with a secure, comfortable home away from home has paid off. So much so that I’m looking forward to settling in this first year while also planning to remain at 27 Atlantic for years to come.

Resort-like feel and roof top patio that provides the best view on the beach. Family like atmosphere and a great location for those with dogs. What stands out the most is the staff...Katie, Bayden, Ashley and the rest are always available and super friendly. Can't imagine a better place to live!

I love living at 27 Atlantic! Leasing and maintenance are outstanding, they treat my dog Pepe as if he was their own! Jordyn, Katie, Kathy, and Ashley have done a wonderful job at creating a sense of community here at the oceanfront!
