CNC Factory

I was hesitant to buy a secondhand machine. But my experience has been amazing with Chris. I have had several remote sessions with him and all of them were excellent. He walked me through the set up of this machine, dialed it in perfectly, and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the call. I can’t wait to start making money with this beautiful machine. I would highly recommend their equipment and their support. Thank you again Chris and the Cnc Factory team!!

I recently purchased a CNC Factory machine and couldn't be happier. Their customer service is top-notch -- responsive and helpful, and the machine is of great quality. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this company and am proud to support their American manufacturing efforts. I would highly recommend those in the market for a CNC look to CNC Factory.

We currently have the sidewinder with a 5x10 table. Overall it's a solid machine and it serves our purpose well. That's the positive! When it comes to service they don't have such a thing once they are done with the initial hookup they will never give any further service. We have been trying to get them out to fix a number of different issues with some of the issues being there from day one. It's been 2 years and they keep saying they're coming but it's not happened yet! At the end of the day they have a nice machine but no customer service.

We have a python XPR and have been waiting for 2 years for someone to connect the auto label printer that we paid several thousand dollars for. We have been given excuse after excuse. Now they stopped answering our calls. As others say, great machine, TERRIBLE SERVICE - BUYER BEWARE!!!!

We purchased a Python XPR and have had an overall positive experience with the machine itself. However, I believe they've gotten more popular than they are productive. Getting support on your machine is a terrible experience and good luck if you need to get a technician out, because that will likely never happen. This rating will be updated if conditions change.

We have several of their machines and for the most part they work as expected. They are about 19 months old and occasionally something comes up that we need support on. The turn around on support has been getting slower and slower. At the time of posting this review I am still waiting on a resolution for an issue raised 10 business days ago.

I have had their machine for the past year, it has been a huge blessing for us. The previous machine was a 'FORD', fix or repair daily machine. This machine just works and does what we need. It is mechanical, and does have parts that under normal operation can fail such as bearings and or sensors. In our case we have only had 1 part go bad which was a sensor indicating tool holder position. We do have a couple of bearing blocks that show signs of needing replaced upcoming but those I consider as a wear item. I gave 5 stars, but they or the machine is not perfect. We at Top Quality Cabinets are not perfect, we are all human. My largest complaint on the machine so far would be tech support responsiveness. They are quick to always answer their phone, which I like a lot, and I am calling someone from this country. The machine cuts faster, much faster than our old CNC which was a Shopsabre. Our new machine is a 5 by 10, which at first I did not want but was talked into. So far this past year, twice I have had to cut 5 by 5 baltic birch for flat nested dovetail drawers as 4 by 8 baltic was out of stock. Glad now I went with the 5 by 10. I believe the machine has nearly all paid me back for itself easily in the past 12 months. We used to buy all of our doors for our new construction homes, at around 3k to 6k per job. The market has gone nearly 100% paint grade, and after buying the CNC, I priced stain grade much higher to accommodate having to buy a shaper cut door. Our HDF 3/4" cost us about 50.00 per sheet, or 1.56 SF. We are a small shop, but do about 20 to 25 jobs per year. So being able to cut our paint grade shaker doors out of HDF has been awesome. Just today I purchased 72 sheets of 3/4 HDF for several upcoming jobs on schedule. At 3600.00 plus sales tax, we are certainly money ahead on these sheets. Especially when that cost of 3600.00 barely covered our door expense on 1 job in the past. I am happy for CNC Factory, and happy that they sold me their CNC. I do hope we can eventually get a quicker response on Tech support.
