Highly recommend! I got what I needed, shipping was fast everything was good. The only issue was the new batteries (which worked perfectly, same model) wouldn't fit my old ballast unit(manufacturers of ballasts change their dimensions and models throughout the years). The owner, Wayne Thaw, messaged me multiply times trying to help me which was very helpful. In the end, they granted me a full refund with no hassle unlike other companies that force you to pay shipping to bring them back and sometimes even charge you for certain items. Definitely one of the best companies I've ever dealt with and will be buying from again in the future.

I was very impressed with this company and with their sales specialist, Dan Rivera. The back up battery died for my UPS system (uninterrupted power source) and my computer kept shutting down. I needed a replacement fast and Amazon would have taken over a week and more money. I brought my system down to TNR, they had what I needed and even changed it out for me at no additional charge. My computer was back up and running normally shortly after returning home. Very happy customer!

I was looking for battery replacement for an alarm system. TNR Technical will re-build your old batteries. I've been there several times and haven't been disappointed.
