One of the cleanest Napa auto parts store I've ever been in. Organized , signage wow. I called the day before and ordered parts for my project through Lance, very helpful employee. The next day all the parts were there I even added a few items off of the shelves. I was even asked upon entering the store if I needed help. Check out was flawless and professional. This store Rocks!
Had the part I needed and actually at a fraction of the cost of what I found it on Amazon for
I went in looking for an AGM battery. Completely flew past my head at the moment of purchase. Staff sold me a distilled battery instead of AGM. Didn’t even ask which one I would like. Now I have to go through the return process with my bank. Wait a week for refund to be posted. Etc
I bought the wrong parts for my car online and Fernando took his time to cancel the order and lets me know the correct parts for my car! Awesome customer service. Def. Recommend this store!
