I went into the store and asked about trading in my old phone instead of having to ship it off myself, and the workers lied to me and said per policy they don’t do that anymore. Well, I called AT&T when I got home, and they said no, they still do that, but some stores like this one will tell you no, because they can’t make a commission off of you if you’re not buying anything. And then I called another AT&T store to ask if they’re willing to do that, and they said yes, and unfortunately, they’ve gotten multiple calls about this location and not being helpful because they want to make money off of you instead of being helpful.

Prompt, professional, and polite service by Connor again! Rest assured, he and his team can solve your simple and complex cell/internet issues. Thanks again for making me look great in front of my wife!

Terrible experience. Manager gave us false information. We stopped in to see if ATT had a test program like Verizon and T-mobile so we could test signal strength at our new home without a cost. There is not anything mentioned on ATT's website but local MANAGER said they could give us a line to try for 30 days at no charge. We knew as soon as we got home that the signal strength was bad so the next day I called to cancel the demo. I was told ATT does not have a demo program and we were charged $150 mo. for a normal plan. They agreed to cancel the plan and waive the cost but it took 3 billing cycles and multiple calls with 30+ waiting times. It's hard to believe a manager level person would operate in this manner and that a company this size can not cancel a plan without future billing within one cycle.

Came in to get help with a trade in and the whole team was negative help. I explained that I had not received my trade in kit and it had been weeks and needed to do it in store. They gave me some BS about me having to call customer service and do it that way since it would need to go to "their warehouse and not ours." Terrible job by everyone involved. Another location helped me and I was out within 5 minutes. Hire better workers.

When my phone unexpectedly stopped working, I brought it here and Zachary was unbelievably helpful and comforting. It was stressful to lose access to everything I use my phone for, but he got me all set up and connected back to the world in less than an hour, even though it was close to closing time. He also helped me bundle some items and had lots of insight. Thank you!!

Connor was phenomenal in helping me today in store with getting a new phone. He was professional, kind, and really had amazing costumer service in helping me with getting a decent deal for trading in my phone.

Terrible experience with this carrier! What’s the point of having physical stores if every time you walk in, you’re just told to call a number and handle everything over the phone? Completely defeats the purpose of in-person support. This is my third time coming in person to their stores and walking out without a solution.
