U-Haul Moving & Storage of Orchards

One of the largest and most equipped U-Haul rental facilities that I've seen. It's also a storage facility. They had all the trucks and vans and stock and plenty of extra supplies available at a premium price. There's a decent amount of parking in their spacious lot.

I have used the Orchards location twice now and both times the service was outstanding. Ms. Brown, Levi, and Diego had to navigate some computer issues while checking out and those folks did a marvelous job in keeping the folks informed, comfortable, and serviced. Levi came to the rescue with some mad computer skills and had us on our way. Ms Brown (I wish I had her name, worked Sunday Morning at 0900 on Sept 7) was so helpful in making sure I got the correct vehicle that would traverse 1400 miles over some major steep mountains. The folks at this location get 5 stars and more if I could give them.

I had a positive experience with my rental of a van. Jacob facilitated the rental efficiently and Marisa made the drop off very fast and convenient. The only reap issue I had was the advertised quick registration feature in the u-haul app did not work, but i was able to check out in person with an employee quickly. Gas level was correctly reflected. There were a few minor scratches on the inside of the vehicle that weren’t shown in photos but i mentioned it before leaving and the check out dispute process where you submit your own photos was easy to complete and was not contested.

I have no suggestions on anything to improve every time I have gone into that U-Haul and rented a truck I am always greeted with friendly smiles. Nakia went above and beyond for me and and got me exactly what I needed. She has great customer service skills she's friendly and helpful to customers and two fellow employees. She has helped me all three times that I've gone in there and got in a truck and I won't go anywhere else or deal with anyone else but her. I didn't feel bamboozled or lead on in any way like I have recently in other experiences at other places. Thank you so much for being at one positive experience that I've had in the last week with my crazy week I've had I appreciate you.

Easy pickup, easy return. The truck ran great, although the ride was anything but comfortable (the truck claimed to be a Comfort Ride). You could feel any tiny imperfection in the road like you were riding a jackhammer. The rental experience was fine, the truck maybe not so much, but I don't know that a competitor's truck would have been any better.

I am retracting my review.I ended up able to get my stuff out.The manager at U-haul is amazing.She helped me out.She was there busy as heck though ended up getting my stuff moved out of there i still have a unit there, but I have to move because of personal reasons and I hate to because they are an amazing company, very helpful there, understanding they had to follow the rules, I understand that now everybody was having a bad day and things just weren't turning out right and everything I owned was in storage. And this girl did not care if I got my stuff or not, and you finally figured out that she didn't care the manager did, and she was so amazing at getting me my step back. So rent here. They're amazing also that today. I gotta move my step out of there because I have some personal issues going on. So the last part of this text is what happened prior and it's really hard cause you can't trust your friends very well any more nowadays. But the manager here is a 100%, a very caring lady.Thank you , girl , it's been great renting there )................. ....... had my friend rent a truck to help me move an i had Reservations for a 10 by 10 unit some how it wasn't found i wasn't there when the storage was rented it was put in my friend's name an it was on the 2nd floor for $175 I got there an asked the staff about my unit that I requested they said it was rented !!! Then I said can I get put on unit so I can get in it they couldn't do that either so now I owe $420 because I didn't know when it was due my friend called me and I owed this amount. So I went down there to see if I could pay part rent an move it out they said yes but my friend has to come there an sign a move out thing we'll she is to busy But she said they said I can pay ll partial payment, but I can't move my stuff out.That doesn't make sense I'm done . Cant understand this

Haven't had any issues with this place until recently. Recently had a rental where I drove so little miles, and i filled with about the same gas I used, if not more (about a gallon). Returned it and was charged to fill the tank(!) because it "wasn't full", even though the tank read as full. Should've taken a photo of the tank reading full but I guess that's on me for not doing it, now I can't dispute. It was crazy trying to drive this point across the helpdesk (i.e. i shouldn't be filling the car for gas i didnt use?) , because all they said was "i cant do anything because the machine wont let me."
