Tempe Honda

I test drove a few cars at different dealerships before coming to Tempe Honda. I arrived with interest in a used Accord I found on the Internet. My salesman, Will, answered every question I threw at him. At no point did he bombard me with cliche car sales pitches. He respected my wish to take the weekend and consider my choices. No endless phone calls or text messages. I appreciated this hands-off approach. I came back and bought the Accord but wasn't able to drive it home due to an insurance snafu. The next day, Will fought through rush hour traffic and picked me up from my house so I could get my new car. I would absolutely recommend Tempe Honda if you are looking for a new or used car. Ask for Will - he'll take care of you.

I just bought a car at Tempe Honda and I was super impressed by our salesman Dennis. He is a great communicator and very attentive. He was so kind and made the entire experience feel comfortable and easy which is not what we are normally used to at car dealerships. From the start to the finish Dennis made sure to be present and supportive during the entire deal. Thanks Dennis!! Everyone was super helpful. Even when I was looking for Tommy my salesman they were outside waiting for me to come in & called him quickly. Tommy was awesome helping me get my 23 Nissan Kicks! He really gave his best effort to work with me despite not having the most ideal situation. He’s also helped the rest of my family get cars as well, my mom’s Honda pilot & my dad’s Subaru.

Everyone at Tempe Honda was helpful and a delight to work with. I started with Luke who contacted me regarding a used vehicle I was interested in. He was crazy busy when we arrived and he handed us over to Austin who was excellent. He helped us look at the vehicle and answered our many questions with a smile. He showed us other vehicles that were comparable but we liked our first choice best. We filled out initial paperwork and then he introduced us to Shana Rogers the financial manager. What a wonderful person to work with. She got us the best deal possible. We then pursued looking at another used car for my granddaughter. Both helped us and we were able to get both. They let us take the one car home and we will make our down payments on Saturday then get the second car. We couldn’t be happier. Tempe Honda goes the extra mile to help you with all your needs. Purchased my 2026 Passport from Tempe Honda yesterday. My salesperson, Matt, was professional, diligent and transparent during the process. He provided me with a fair price at very beginning, that allowed our negotiation to move forward. We were able to reach a number after a few days which I felt comfortable to make a deal. I was at ease during my buying experience and did not felt I was being pushed at any point to strike a deal with them. Jay, the person who handled my document signing yesterday at the dealership made the process seamless. If there is one opportunity I feel the dealership can improve on was the vehicle readiness. It looked the car's cleanliness was subpar when I received it, but it was a small mishap among a great experience overall at my buying experience at Tempe Honda.

Great experience when buying my first car. The follow through was great from my salesman, Dre. The exterior/interior color I wanted was at a different dealership, and they worked to get it to Tempe Honda which I appreciated very much! Josiah in finance was also great and extremely helpful and upfront about everything. Overall, I had a great experience with the team at Tempe Honda. The only thing I wish was better was the cleanliness of my new car before I drove it off the lot. The windows had streaks all over the outside, as well as drip marks down the sides of the vehicle. There were also wipe marks on the interior from whatever product they used to wipe it down. However, this was to no fault of the salesman I worked with, but more so of the detailers.

My wife and I are proud owners of a 2025 Passport and 2025 Odyssey. These are our fourth Hondas. We visited Tempe Honda Service Center today to address some questions concerning our Passport’s warranty and was assisted by Service Advisor Zachary and his supervisor Antonio. Our questions were answered to our satisfaction as usual. Professional, honest and knowledgeable. Great service. Honda is a superior product and the people at Tempe Honda are awesome!
