BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE From Jesus, Josias and my tech Justin…. Normally, I don’t do reviews, but in this case I couldn’t resist the exceptional attendance from these three men are what defines Tesla. JESUS initially helping me to work on my key fob. The whole process was seamless. JESUS went to lunch and then Josias took over. Both these gentlemen were (ARE) super professional, and on point! I didn’t think you could get any better than these two and here comes Justin my tech who continue to run back-and-forth with his workstation to make sure that my battery was in place that everything worked good and even found me a little circular key ring so I could fit my Tesla on my keychain. He literally jogged from my car in the front back to his workstation, and then from his workstation back to me. I remember thinking to myself I will absolutely never buy another vehicle unless it’s a Tesla as a direct result of my experience at Tempe (University Ave) Tesla Service Center.!!! Thank you men for your kindness and Caring attitudes!!! Adding to my Review …..Josias Did it AGAIN! Full on Best Customer service ever At this Service center in Tempe AZ. Josias and Reece elevate the experience which is why I WILL ONLY EVER GO TO TEMPE Tesla service Center !

I had a very scary highway incident on I-10 where a rock or something rock-like flew from a huge semi passing me as I was about to exit onto I-60. It shattered my driver side window and was very scary in that I could have swerved into other vehicles and had a tragic situation. Although rattled, I contacted several Tesla dealers / repair centers and only these folks in Tempe were helpful and willing to help me right away (I was in from out of town). Kudos especially to Manager Reece who gave me a sliver of hope of a quick repair and to Sheldon - who was super empathetic and helpful. One of their guys stayed to help get it replaced before they closed. I was able to hit the rest of my meetings the next morning thanks to their quick help. Way to go, guys.

Tesla Tempe is seriously one of the best service centers out there. The place is super organized, and the waiting room is actually really comfortable which is not something you can say about most service spots. The staff and techs are always awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and they really take the time to explain what’s going on. They consistently go above and beyond, even when they’re slammed. I’ve been coming here for years and the experience is always top-notch. Easily a 10/10 every time.

Josias was absolutely incredible. Long story short, I purchased my Tesla from the Mesa location almost a year ago and had awful experiences from sales to service and even management. I can write a book expressing my frustrations with them. I really like Tesla but because of my past experiences I was ready to trade the car in for something else right after the repairs were completed. I was surprised how much different the Tempe location is. Josias seriously turned my experiences around. He actually listened to what I had to say, and genuinely cared to look for all of the options I had. I cannot thank him enough. I’m only coming to this location from now on.

Nice team but under staffed. After having my vehicle for multiple days they ultimately determined I need to go to collision center for repair. Then it got stupid. Starting with me, left my golf clubs in loaner. Figured it out on my way home but they already gave the loaner (uncleaned / not inspected) to another customer. Just zero initiative to help me recover my valuables. I was calling non stop, apparently so was the other customer who had my clubs. No answer. Again, my fault completely but I expected better support to help rectify the situation.

A big thank you to Jose and Sheldon at the Tempe service center! They helped us fix of driver side seat control panel and found my wedding ring that got lost. They took us after just walking in with no appointment and were able to get this done in an hour. Truly the best car I have ever owned. The level of service that Tesla offers is unmatched.

Great service, communication, and personable. Pauline kept me updated throughout service, to replace a broken window by a thief.
