Reno Hexayurt

A wonderful experience with these guys. Small family owned business, support them!! They were so responsive so helpful and accommodating since day 1, answered all of our questions, were flexibile last minute for pick up and drop off, fair in pricing and thought everything through! Yurt and accessories made our stay extra comfortable, setup quick and easy (and takedown) and got us out asap to enjoy with no time wasted knowing we have full comfort to come back to! We needed to rent a yurt for burning man and this was the recommendation that kept popping up. First of all, GREAT PRICE. Very affordable, very detailed on the website and they also include how to videos that are very straight to the point. They have a pick up point in gerlach which was so easy - like the last stop on the way to burning man. And Chads communication and customer support is not only amazing but it’s funny too big fan. Pick up was easy, drop off was easy, communication was great and the new yurt 2.0 set up was amazing!! It completely blocked the rain and there wasn’t a single leak. They now have this tube base that blocks rain and pulleys that hold down from the wind! My only suggestion is including a crate for the air conditioning to sit on and maybe a visual instruction manual that’s in paper form in the box (not everyone has starlink at burning man ) Would rent again!

We rented a hexayurt with AC and a generator from Reno Hexayurt for BM this year, and the experience was excellent. Communication with Chad was smooth from start to finish. During the first couple of days, Black Rock City was hit with a major windstorm, so we weren’t sure when it would be safe to drive in from Reno. Chad stayed in touch the whole time and was flexible in case the weather delayed our pickup. When we did pick up the rentals, everything was neatly organized, packed, and labeled. Chad and his team walked us through all the gear. Reno Hexayurt also has clear setup and takedown videos on YouTube, which we found incredibly helpful. I recommend downloading them ahead of time if you’re going somewhere with poor cell service. With just two people, we were able to set up and later take down the Hexayurt. It’s a bit heavy, but absolutely manageable. Over the course of the week, our Hexayurt held strong through high winds, heavy rain, and extreme heat. The tools included in the rental kept everything secure when installed correctly, and the AC and generator cooled the yurt very effectively during the hottest days. The rental kit was thoughtfully designed and easy to use. Returning everything at the end was just as seamless as pickup. Chad and his team brought such a positive energy to the process. It was truly a pleasure working with them, and we’ll definitely rent from Reno Hexayurt again.

The yurts are absolutely amazing—spacious, comfortable, and built with real quality. The air conditioning makes them feel more like a luxury retreat than a tent, and the setup was quick and professional. The company handled everything flawlessly, making the entire experience stress-free. I couldn’t recommend them more for anyone looking to combine comfort with the beauty of the outdoors.

Those huts were amazing very comfortable. I would definitely recommend any outing to have those on the premises. Applies to the indenture who came up with this amazing idea.

Had an amazing experience renting from Reno Hexayurt. We went with the Hexayurt 2.0 with a A/C unit and Generator. Prior to our rental date, communication with Chad was a breeze. He answered all our questions promptly and was incredibly flexible when our travel to Reno was delayed. Pickup was seamless with the team and they took extra time to make sure we were prepared for the setup and operation of the generator. The setup of the yurt was easy with two people as advertised. Chad and the team have thought of every detail, including magnetic door closures to to keep the door closed and extra foam adhesive to ensure the yurt was sealed from the elements. A/C and generator also worked perfectly keeping us cool during hot days. The yurt was spacious on the inside, fitting our mattress and our gear for two of us with plenty of space to spare. Overall, 100% would recommend Reno Hexayurt to anyone looking for a hexayurt rental. The attention to detail, excellent customer service, and innovative product will ensure your enjoyment of your adventure without having to worry about your shelter.

I was stunned at the quality of these incredible sleeping pods. The ease of installation, the quality of the interior environment, including lighting and air conditioning. These are a great addition to anyone who needs lodging for groups of any size from 2 to 100 not only are there individual Units for couples or individuals, but they are actually able to make constellations of 6 to 10 of these put together to create a larger environment for more homogeneous use. Must be experienced.
