hand crafted coffee with specialty menu. We enjoyed a couple of their specialty drinks but the matcha fruit tea is our favorite. Their coffee is better than most places,so far not burnt, no metallic or intense fruity/acidic flavor. Beverage are not overly sweet and are made with in-house syrups. They offer pastries such as muffins, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. Offers lactose-free and non dairy alternatives. Service is great, they welcome you into the shop and bring coffee/food to you while you’re waiting on the couch or chairs. Calm atmosphere and Vintage decors.

They have really good matcha but out of all the local coffee shops I’ve tried in Brownsville this is the only one who feel like a rip off because I don’t order my drink with ice. The matcha was barely half way the cup

Good people is my favorite coffee shop in brownsville. Not only is their coffee amazing, but they introduced me to great matcha. The service is excellent and incredibly welcoming. A perfect place for working or meeting with friends. There are seasonal drinks and pastries that I always look forward to trying !

Good People is exactly what the name says; good people, good coffee, and a great atmosphere. From the moment I walked in for the first time I felt welcomed. The vibe is cozy and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to chill, get some work done, or just enjoy a good cup of coffee. My go to order now is the honey latte, and let me tell you that it is perfect. Smooth, just the right amount of sweetness, and you can tell they put care into making every drink. Definitely my go to now! Thanks Karen! One thing I personally love is that they’re open to faith being shared here. It’s a place where real conversations can happen, and for me, that’s a huge plus. If you’re looking for a coffee shop with great drinks, great people, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend!

Went out of my way to come here, espresso machine was not working and employees were not interested in getting it fixed in a timely manner, mind you it was 9 AM already. Staff seems to have a lack of experience. If your entire business is focused around coffee, the espresso machine should be a priority in my opinion.

The girl with curly hair was so sweet and attentive. I was curious about the fall menu since it was my first time there, and she answered all my questions. She made the environment very welcoming with her bright spirit and great attitude I’ll more than likely be back again! 10/10 first experience!

Best place to get your coffee and matcha needs there dessert or top tier including there seasonal options and I love the green aesthetic of it. 🙂 10/10 recommend.
