Been trying to speak to someone about my bill, it's been 3 weeks now and still haven't been able to speak to anyone. Right now I just spent another 2 hours waiting and then I get the same msg as always . "Try back later" it's every time I can be on the phone for hours waiting for a rep and then you get the same notification after waiting for hours.. try back later. Wish we could choose a company that would actually have customer support. They can't answer a call but are real good at charging you for the bill. Poor customer service
Should be able to change your hours online and notify your customers that the building is closed due to holidays. I've been parked in the parking lot for 10 minutes and 20-30 of your customers have left because your Google business page says it's "Open" and building is closed. Bad customer service and can't even get someone over the phone.
Power outages happen very often with no bad weather in sight. If there is heavy rain forecasted be prepared to have no power for hours. Phone lines are always busy. Nothing new in Brownsville.
I hate PUB the worst I was out on vacations for 3 weeks and my bill was still $800 In the summer no matter if u use less electricity your bill is still gonna be high
Just don't do it. Think about living in another city if you have to to avoid doing business with them. Power outages with the smallest amount of rain or no rain at all just because they felt like it power will go off and on repeatedly possibly damaging your electronics.
If I could leave a ZERO, I would. Brownsville PUB SUCKS. They make up random excuses for anything. How are they charging a "resaca fee" when there are no resacas by my house?????
If i were able to not leave a star i would . When trying to connect services we took the renting contract & were told we couldn’t connect light because we owed , my ex husband got another writen letter under only his name. Now that my ex husband is no longer here & i gave my last payment from what i owed , they decide to charge me $900 . & i asked why i was charged if i didn’t sign a contract nor anything to them & nothing was under my name. Their respond " oh from your renting contract" i contract that they wouldnt even accept in the first place. But no that they need to charge someone, now its valid . Ridiculous,
