Alex is awesome, he takes his time explaining everything that he does and double checks to make sure you know the price for everything. The scheduling was easy and Josh in the office was very responsive. We paid for the original diagnostic and Alex was at our house for several hours troubleshooting and figuring out what was wrong with our HVAC system, then sat down with us to explain what was time sensitive, and what could wait. We were so impressed that when our furnace broke Called him back and had the same experience. Can’t recommend this company enough
