Thompson Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

We rented a beach condo only to have our AC go out on us. However, we had the BEST service with Thompson Plumbing and their technicians! Angel, Cesar and Ricky were wonderful! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. And clean! They spent two days here and cleaned up each day to where you wouldn’t have known there were workers here! That’s huge! We could not have had a better team than those three! Our unfortunate circumstance was turned around by these guys and I would recommend Thompson and their crew to anyone in need of service!

I had previously used Thompson for my heating and ac and been very happy with their service and work. This was my first experience with their plumbing service, which was also top notch. Jose arrived right on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided a quote and completed all service (cleaning laundry drain and replacing main pressure valve) well and quickly. I’ll definitely use Thompson again for any plumbing needs.

My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Thompson heating and air late on Tuesday afternoon. They were able to get me on the schedule the following day. The HVAC technician, Ricky, was very prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was able to fix my issue no problem. He then directed me to a plumber because we thought there was an issue with the drains as well. That was all facilitated by the technician and dispatch. The Plumber, Jose, showed up very prompt, very knowledgeable, he was able to rectify the issue very quickly. He also was able to help out with another issue I had. Both Ricky and Jose are great at their trade, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly with positive attitudes, I appreciate both of them!!! I will definitely be using Thompson again, these two technicians were amazing!

Jared did a great job repairing our AC blower motor. He also did a great favor by giving his best assessment of the root cause of the failure and steps we could take to prevent a repeat of the problem. Been using Thompson since 2019 and have been really satisfied with their service.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful company. Emergency leak repair was done immediately after I called. In two more days the whole house repiping and drywall/stucco repair were completed. Ignacio led the team and made sure everything was done perfectly. He is a true gem! The dust and debris disappeared immediately and our home was restored with furniture in place. The drywall and stucco are perfectly textured and ready to paint. Super job and a great price too! Highly recommend!

My AC wouldn’t come on at all. Jared came out and found the problem quickly and fixed it. In doing so he showed how dirty the fan, motor and circuit board were and he suggested it should be cleaned. He came back out the following day and did it. Jared was polite, explained clearly what needed to be done. He definitely knows what he’s doing. I would highly recommend Thompson Family Plumbing, and especially Jared for plumbing and HVAC repairs.

Jared was amazing in solving our HVAC a/c issue. He even returned on a Saturday so we didn’t have to suffer all weekend without our a/c working. Highly recommend Thompson Plumbing and Heating ! Friendly, professional, and responsive !
