The entire service team was very personable and professional. They certainly knew every aspect of what they were doing and tried all they could to accommodate our needs. I love the fact that none of them were in a hurry to wrap up and get home once the job was completed. The two men who installed my ductless system yesterday could not have been more polite, informative or skilled. They used their time efficiently and cleaned up every spec of dust after the job was finished. They deserve loud applause and a generous raise. Thank you for sending them to my home!

Mt.Hood ductless did an awesome job of installing our heat pumps in our community rooms at Grant View Court Apartments! Mark and Cameron were so easy to work with and friendly too. Working with Mt. Hood Ductless was a breeze! Cam made the whole process super smooth. The customer service here is top notch and they knocked out our heat pump in about half a day. I would absolutely choose them again! Update: The guys came back in today to put the finishing touches on the heat pump. They are always so polite and funny. Great group to work with!

We had Mt. Hood Ductless deinstall and reinstall our ductless system when we redid the siding on our house. They also cleaned our system which has been neglected for a few years. Dan did a wonderful job! He is so meticulous and left the system much much better than it started. Dan is the man! Would absolutely use Mt. Hood Ductless again.
