The installation crew, Leo and Malachi, were prompt, polite, and professional—they even left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived! Kelly Jo in the office was lovely and helpful. She gave us advance warning so we could harness my escape artist doggo, Mabel. Mike was very nice, did great work on the furnace. He kindly explained our super weird thermostat, made sure it cleared any errors and was properly functioning before he finished up. Mabel loved him. Highly recommend RG for literally anything plumbing, heat and cooling related. We’ve had them for two of the three and have not been disappointed.

I was scheduled for a furnace cleaning but the furnace stopped working two weeks before then. The office staff was polite, and helpful and moved up my appointment to the soonest available. The technician was timely, efficient and pleasant. He explained the problem and the repair.
