RUSS Heating and Cooling

Had Russ heating install new mini split. This is a family owned business, had the pleasure to work with both father and son. They were great to work with and did an excellent job. I would use them again.

We cannot recommend these guys enough! They are hands down the very best! Our furnace went out during the latest cold snap with temps in the teens.We left a voicemail on a Sunday afternoon and by Sunday evening we had an appointment for Monday morning! David arrived on time and not only was he courteous and professional but he was thorough and spent extra time explaining everything to me in terms that I could understand, he even took photos to visually show me the issue and how he fixed it(our system is in the attic). He fixed the problem and then spent another 30 minutes testing it and wrapping outside pipes for me, ensuring that the system would be okay in another cold snap. He was delightful and so proficient in his trade. We wholeheartedly recommend Russ Heating and Cooling! David will be the guy we call for all of our heating and cooling needs!! My furnace stopped working and I needed a quick response to keep our house warm. David was able to respond almost immediately. He quickly assessed and fixed the issue. The price was reasonable. He was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Russ Heating and Cooling and would go back to them again if my furnace has an issue.

These guys were amazing. Came in last Friday to install a new AC unit and worked tirelessly throughout the day. Such polite and respectful men too. We shopped around for quotes at other places but these guys had it all beat. Started at around 9am and finished around 3pm. They cleaned up everything that they moved around and put everything back in place. Very kind and hard working men. What an awesome decision it was to go with them on our first install. We hired David and his team in early June for an AC install, they were able to complete the install efficiently in one day. Their rate was also 25-30% below market compared to larger companies. After a few weeks of using the AC, we had a malfunction in the middle of the night. I messaged David around midnight and he came by the next day and fixed the issue immediately. Would recommend to anyone looking for an AC install. Quality work, great customer service.

Excellent customer service and great price. I had an issue with my heater over the weekend and I was able to call and schedule same day appointment.
