I had the nicest experience today with Arturo the tech. He was so darned cheerful & nice from his introduction and then on to being very professional. He provided fast service and took the time to explain about plumbing and your service. He’s really a very nice person and I appreciate having someone like him come into my home.

This is the second time I have used Mauzy plumbing. My plumber Eduardo, was an absolute professional. He was incredibly good at his work, went above and beyond. Eduardo was so friendly, helpful and communicative. He took care to do the job to the highest standards. I highly recommend the company because of Eduardo and the staff at the office. Thank you.

Wilbur, our technician, was fantastic! He fixed our backed up drain very quickly and very thoroughly! He also gave us other options for a more permanent fix, which we will certainly do in the near future. The price was amazing and overall a great experience! We had a whole house water filtration system installed . Jace did a terrific job and explained everything he did. He also fixed my tankless water heater that was having an error code that was not completely addressed in the owners manual after I tried to fix it myself. I would recommend Jace and Mauzy to my friends and neighbors. I’m very satisfied!

Johnny was prompt, very professional and respectful. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of our plumbing concerns and gave us good reasonable recommendations. It was a pleasure talking with him and his customer service was beyond reproach. Mauzy is fortunate to have an employee with such good character and work ethic. We are very pleased.

Have had multiple plumbers come out for the same reason each one tried to up sale a fix of re doing the pipes for between 2 to 3 thousand. Bryson came out and after troubleshooting and crawling around under the house to inspect the pipes that had supposedly needed to be replaced was able to clear the clog and clean out the residue gunk that had been the cause of the continuous problem. Ontop of being able to fix the issue that seemed to have perplexed previous plumbers his outstanding customer service was above and beyond the respect he showed for the home making sure to not damage or even dirty anything in the house speaks volumes, also his friendly personality shined. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is having plumbing issues and highly recommend Bryson Cannon as the tech to take care of you. Giving 5 stars only becuase I can't select more.

Robert LaRussa was amazing! He was efficient, professional, and very informative. I felt confident about the decisions made as Robert explained what was happening and had meters to support his findings. Additionally, he introduced me to a Smart Policy offered by Mauzy that will protect and extend the life of my heating and air conditioning systems, at a discount for me.
