AirLoc's Scott Scroggins and his son installed a new AC and heating unit at my home earlier this year. He was recommended to me by someone else who was doing some other work at my house. Scott is a very professional nice honest, Christian Man. Scott knew exactly what he was doing. I had to call Scott on a occasion or two after the work was completed. Scott called me right back and took care of the minor issue. I am very happy he was recommended to me. I definitely will recommend Scott and AirLoc to anyone who needs AC/Heating work done. I gave 5 stars because he didn't deserve anything less. Great Job!!!

UPDATE JULY 2023 - First AC and heating system were still going strong, but we moved into another house and had to replace one of its two heat/air units. Extra challenging as it included a water-based Aquatherm heat exchanger for the winter use. Airloc was in and out in a day, with zero problems as of a few weeks later. Also, Scott helped me limp the old system along a few weeks while we unsuccessfully tried to get American Home Shield to live up to at least part of our home warranty. Too hot to wait another month on AHS, but Airloc pricing was fair and quality of installation top notch. November 2020 review - Scott worked up all the estimates I requested for conventional and heat pump units. Airloc installed the complete replacement conventional Trane gas furnace and air conditioning components, even the blower all for less than the "Big Boys" around Birmingham. Two months on, have used both the heat and A/C a few times each with excellent results. Electric and gas bills have come way down. Highest recommendation on all counts.

Scott our technician went above and beyond to assist us when our AC quit working this week. He came out the same day we put in a request, quickly assessed the issue, and clearly communicated about what needed to happen for a repair as well as how long it might be before they could do it. He returned the next afternoon and we had cold air again in almost no time! He was personable, professional, clear in communication and very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

Airloc is the best A/C and Heating repair company in the business. But not just repairs, they are also experts at installing new heating and cooling systems. And one can know it will be done to perfection. Scott is the owner and he is great to work with. Scott’s son does most of our work. It is so refreshing to see young men that are clean cut, never using profanity or smoking and always respectful. And their prices are reasonable. But the most important thing: they do it right. I’ve used Airloc for several years and will continue.

Scott came same day and fixed our AC! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t call anyone else for my AC. Definitely five star service!

Scott came shortly after the initial call. Within minutes he was finished looking over our existing units, gave advice on the what our issue was, and is working up estimates on new units (ours are over 20 years old!). I was made aware of Airloc’s business through a close friend who had their hvac serviced by them. Moses and another technician came out to replace my outdoor unit. They were polite and respectful and did the job without leaving a mess. Airlocs prices also beat others I called who would’ve done less work for way more. All in all I’m a satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone.
