Steve and Jeff at Casper Heating and Cooling were fantastic to work with. They were professional, honest, on-time, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell anything I didn’t need. The work was done efficiently, the price was fair, and the system is running great so far! Highly recommend!
Steve Sewani and Jeff worked all day in this heat to put in a new AC unit for our home. They were very helpful to point out problems that I had with my old unit. They cleaned my floors and put everything back in place before leaving. I have the utmost trust with this company.
Steve at Casper is great to work with. He always responds immediately to a text or phone call. I sent him a text on Saturday evening that my air was out and he was there to repair it on Sunday morning. I highly recommend his services. He is fair and honest.

I never, ever write reviews, but Steve and Jeff at Casper Heating and Cooling are amazing. We bought a house which turned out to have HVAC from 1993, with black mold growing up into the ducts. They cut the moldy parts out and custom fit the new Trane HVAC to the clean part of the ducts. They installed a Trane control for the old HVAC and rewired the house so we could use an Ecobee on the 2nd floor HVAC. The air was instantly better. They were on time, kind, personable, and easy to work with, even for someone with very little knowledge of HVAC. Steve is great at explaining things, and the prices seemed fair. They really worked hard over the 4th of July weekend. They have given us peace of mind that the air we breathe in our new home is clean, energy efficient, and the right temperature.
Jeff came to my home to quickly assess the problem and went above and beyond to ensure I understood what he was doing and that I felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend!
