Lost AC Sunday called to request service Monday received a call back Sunday afternoon passed on emergency service. We had it fixed 1st thing Monday excellent service. This is not the first time we used them great service reasonable rates.

Phil has been extremely responsive and honest. Another company wanted to sell us an entirely new HVAC system. He, on the other hand, diagnosed a simple part that needed to be replaced. He ordered it and installed it in a rush as we had a house full of guest coming in town. Highly recommend.

Murphy Brothers Mechanical is a good company. Their technicians are punctual, professional and polite. They also know what they're doing, which isn't easy to come by anymore.

We brought our unit from Murphy’s 5 years ago. We had several problems with this unit, in the last 5 years. Now in a heat spell they say they don’t know if it’s under warranty, and how long it will take to fix our unit. I feel we have been sold a Lemmon and lied to by this place. Every other time they came to fix a unit under warranty we were charged. Now with this heat I’m afraid one of my dogs are going to die as this heat I woke up and thought one dog was dead
